Perfect for Two people travelling together that want their own bedrooms and private bathroom just for you two in Hawthorn, opposite The Food Store Cafe. Rooms are full of natural light, and fresh air. With one double bed (in room 1) and a sofa bed/couch (in room 2) can sleep up to 2 people in the same room, or 2 friends/colleagues in separate rooms. 12 minute walk to Kooyong Station or 70/75 Tram line to city. The space Polished Victorian ash floorboards, lots of storage for your shoes, suitcase and plenty of hangers, extra pillows and blankets. A double bed and a brand new queen sized sofa bed. A private bathroom with bath, shower and toilet. There is also a shared second guest powder room you are welcome to use. All heating and cooling is centrally controlled and effective. The shared lounge has a 45" TV with Netflix. Free and consistent WiFi. In the kitchen there is a toaster, kettle, gas stove and electric oven. Oil, salt and sugar are at your hands for your cooking. You are welcome to cook/prepare up to two meals per day, inclusive of breakfast. We can also prepare meals for you if you like for an additional fee, this is Italian cooking such as gnocci, minestrone and tiramisu. The bathroom has good quality towels, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Hairdryer available on request. Laundry, including washing machine and iron also available. Guest access The two bedrooms, private bathroom, both balconies and all shared living spaces are for you to enjoy. During your stay We are a sociable family, and love helping our guests with information, travel tips and 'Melbourne immersion'. We respect your privacy and downtime. If you would like some privacy, you can go to your rooms, it is a private space where you can rest and not be disturbed. We are normally at home during the day, so can always help you out if you get lost or need a hand. In the evenings we are home and enjoy a good conversation.
