Entire floor with private entrance

An entire floor in the basement with bedroom (double bed), shower room & living room with sofa bed, projector & fireplace. Part of the house, but private entrance & locked up from the rest of the house. Possibility to add an extra bed. A stone's throw from a fantastic nature reserve with several nice barbecue areas, hiking trails and mountain biking trails. Among other things, there are outdoor swimming pools (summer time), a library, 2 pizzerias, a hamburger restaurant and grocery stores in the village. Public transport to Malmö/Lund. Close to Sturup Airport. The space Private entrance from the garden. Guest access You have access to the basement with bedroom, living room and shower room. Locked door to the rest of the house. Fridge/freezer, microwave, coffee maker and water boiler available. Please note that there is no kitchen. Parking is available about 50 meters past the house. Other things to note We live in the house (the floor above) and have two children. We do everything we can to be quiet, especially in the morning. We have chickens in the garden. They are very nice and mostly stay away when someone comes. We care about the environment, if you have the opportunity to bring your own sheets and towels, it is welcome. Please let us know about this. The place is cleaned and left in the same condition as when you arrived.
