The space It has a living room, dining room and all the accessories you need for your stay, space to accommodate up to 4 people, we have a bedroom with a queen size bed, two sofa beds in the living room and a full bathroom with comfortable hot water, cable TV, 250 MBPS speed WiFi network, all in a natural environment surrounded by tranquility that will make you feel at home. Guest access There is a parking space in the building's sublevel 3 for one vehicle. Access is through the Monarch Building's main door. If you're coming from the parking lot, take the elevator to the apartment on the first floor. The area has urban bus stations and taxi service. Other things to note If the sofa bed is required, please let us know in advance to make it available. A typical stay for 2 people includes only the use of the bed in the bedroom. We have an indoor parking lot for one vehicle if you need it, 24-hour security in the building with permanent guards. The suite is equipped with everything you need to feel at ease, comfortable in a natural environment, as if it were your own home
