WELCOME TO OUR LITTLE SLICE OF HEAVEN! Come relax and unwind at our retreat by the sea. We are situated right on an Intra-Coastal Waterway of the Laguna Madre, this is not a small canal! Marvel at the huge barges that go by daily. Not to mention, the dolphin, sea turtles, jelly fish, pelicans, herons and much more sea life that will wow you everyday! Bring your fishing equipment and fish right off of our dock! The space We have all the comforts of home! Televisions in both bedrooms and living room. Wi-fi, Netflix in all rooms. Ceiling fans in all rooms. 2 bedrooms and a couch that will transform into a comfortable queen bed. We have a fully equipped kitchen with all pots, pans, dish-ware, utensils, small appliances you need. Keurig and Mr. Coffee pot. Weber BBQ Grill. Guest access **THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL $90 RESORT FEE UPON ARRIVAL ON EVERY RESERVATION******* You MUST go to the Welcome Center to pay the resort fee and get your gate key, parking passes and wrist bands for access to all the amenities. The Welcome Center is open until 5pm, after that, you may go check in with security and they will give you access for the night. If Security is not at the gate because they are making their rounds, press #6000 on the keypad to call them. You must go to the welcome center first thing in the morning. Other things to note There are only 2 parking spaces available. You must not park anywhere else besides our cottage. Please respect our neighbors and their property. Both of my neighbors have cameras on their properties to monitor any trespassing. Security will remove you from LIV if you trespass on either side.
