Easy on site Self Check in. The space Our offer is simple, good value for money. Our building, Savannah, although older, may not offer a marble foyer, however, the location is outstanding. The apartment has been refreshed with emphasis on convenience and welcoming comfort. You won't need a car to access all that Broadbeach has to offer, the surf, the buzzing eateries, Conference Centre, Star Casino, Pacific Fair Shopping and transport hubs, are all within a few minutes walking distance. Full access to swimming pool and heated spa, both enjoy sunshine until late afternoon. The BBQ, bench top and sink, are under cover. Dining settings and sun lounges complete the holiday atmosphere. Change Room and Bathroom facilities are in the pool hut. We take pride in our offer. Our cleaning schedules go well beyond the norm. Our bedroom linens, doona inserts, bed toppers, mattress protectors and pillows are refreshed regularly. We clean our windows, balcony and outdoor furniture regularly. The kitchens and bathrooms are deep cleaned regularly, and yes, we do check the cupboards, drawers, and even down to the detail of every glass, on our daily routines. We can offer this attention to detail because we do the cleaning and preparation ourselves, no third parties. We treat each and every guest check in with the same commitment to detail. Basement Parking is free and operates on a first in first serve basis. Height limit 2.0 metre. The surrounding streets do offer some free parking, please refer to signs. Our apartment, carefully presented, is spotlessly clean, stylishly furnished and fitted, generously equipped, light, airy, and spacious. Our reviews speak for themselves. Located on the 13th Floor, accessed by 2 secure lifts. The apartment is air conditioned and offers a fan in Bedroom. Large balcony offer city and ocean views. We Provide: - Beach Towels - Yoga mat - Bedroom wardrobe is fitted with hangers, iron, ironing board, broom, clothes drying rack. - Hair dryer - Bath linen, bath towels, bath mat, hand towel, and face cloth. - Generous pump packs of Bath Wash, Hand Wash, Shampoo and Conditioner, along with Toilet Tissue, Face Tissues and Air Freshener. - Laundry detergent provided for washing machine. - Kitchen linen, cleaning products, glad wrap, Alfoil, kitchen paper roll and extra garbage bags. - tea, coffee, sugar, pepper, salt, olive oil, serviettes - Full refrigerator provides fresh ice, fresh cool water and long life milk. - First Aid kit - Umbrella Note: Not provided Dishwasher Guest access Guests have full private use of the entire apartment. On site 24 hour self check in is available using our lockbox. Basement Parking is free, on an unreserved basis, should the car park be full, some surrounding street parking is not timed , signs need to be checked. Other things to note Please treat this apartment as you would your own, taking care of what we offer. Guests may have an extra two visitors, up until 10:30pm (Unless arranged with your host prior). We operate a strict no party policy and if this is breached it will result in eviction. When using the cooktop please close the front door and use range hood to avoid setting off building smoke alarms as the current fire brigade call out fee over $1300 will be passed on. Our internal smoke alarms are LED, and can be switched off at the main alarm control on the wall in entrance hallway. Please note that we are not affiliated with the Resort Management. Please do not ask Reception or facilities staff for assistance with your booking, as they will not be able to help you, instead contact us. Lost Keys: Replacement cost for set of keys and fobs is $166 Locking yourself out: If we are working on the premises we re able to assist at no charge. If we need to attend after hours, the call out fee is $80.
