Avalon B and B, a Woodland Oasis in Cherry Valley

This space is a quiet oasis for up to 2 adults exploring the region of PEC. The house is on a 2 acre semi-wooded lot. Nature surrounds you. There are loads of activities in the county, from arts, wine, music, breweries, superb restaurants and 10 minutes to Sandbanks! You MUST reserve your day at the beach. A day pass to Sandbanks park is here for your use, saving you the entry fee. Go to the guidebook, under Parks & Nature, Sandbanks, and follow the instructions. Print out your day pass. The space This is a walkout basement suite, backing onto a woodlot and ravine that empties into East Lake. It's designed for a couple (King bed) or can accommodate 2 friends (2 twin beds). NON-SMOKING ON THE ENTIRE PROPERTY. Includes a sitting room, desk, TV, eating bar, fridge, kettle, coffee maker. There are no cooking facilities. We provide coffee, tea, milk and cream, plus home made muffins each morning. NOTE: We've had so many lovely comments on our granola, etc, but have decided to limit our breakfast offerings rather than raise prices. I'd be happy to share the recipe so you can create it at home--- it's well worth it! WE DO NOT CHARGE A CLEANING FEE. All we ask is that you respect our efforts to create a lovely place to kick back and discover the County. Leave it tidy, take your food and turn out the lights. If you have a question or need anything, we are a floor above and a text away! Guest access Entrance is off the back, plainly marked and lit. Patio sliding doors have their own lock and key. During your stay If either of us is unable to be here when you arrive, you can message us. It’s easy to check yourselves in, just follow the check-in guide.
