Kick back and relax in our calm, quiet place in the beautiful Cotswold countryside. Guests will have the entirety of the ground floor which includes a light and comfortably furnished sitting room with a small sofa bed, a double bedroom, a bathroom with bath and shower, a separate toilet with sink and a kitchenette area in the utility room. The front door and the entrance hall will be shared as we live upstairs. The space The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and lamps on both sides. A lovely, restored French armoire has shelves, drawers and hanging space. The sitting room can also be used as a bed room as the sofa pulls out into a comfortable double bed. Please note that the sofa bed is a small double so it would be fine for 2 children sharing or a couple who like to be snuggled close. There is also a cosy armchair to sink into and watch TV if you wish, all set up with Sky, Netflix and Disney Plus at your disposal. Entrance hall with tidy storage for boots, coats, etc. The kitchenette is as pictured, perfect for preparing hot drinks and basic fare. There is a small fridge, a sink, kettle, toaster and a microwave. The kitchenette is housed in the utility room which has air dryers for wet gear and leads out onto a completely private area where bikes can be stored. *please note there is no cooker Our house is perfectly situated for outdoor enthusiasts and for those wanting a quite retreat. There are plenty of walking, running and cycling routes straight from our front door - the North Cerney Downs, Monarchs Way, The Macmillans Way as well as easy access to the Cotswold Way and the Thames Path. The Cotswold Water Park is a mere 10 minute drive away. Guest access Guests can park one car on the driveway directly outside the house . Other things to note We have a young Lab who is very well behaved and doesn’t bark. He is not allowed in the guest rooms. A single well behaved pet is allowed, by prior discussion only. If the booking is for 2 guests and you would like the sitting room set up as a second bedroom, then please note that an additional charge of £20 will be added on. This is for the extra work and cost of additional bedding. Check in and check out is flexible and we will do our very best to accommodate. However, please understand that we may make our plans around you so communicate with us if you are going to arrive later (or earlier) than stated. Thank you!
