Primary bedroom has a queen size bed, tv, walk in closet and full ensuite with walk in shower. Second bedroom has 2 single beds with tv and wardrobe. There is a second full bathroom with tub. The kitchen and living room are an open concept. The kitchen has granite counter tops, full size appliances including a dishwasher, it has a full kitchen supplied with all necessities, washer, dryer and coat closet. The living room area is equipped with two tub chairs, coach, tables and tv. The unit has a heat pump for heating and cooling along with electric heat. The property is nestled in a 50 acre parcel of wooded land and is right next to the water! As shown in the pictures, there is a full set of stairs to access the accommodations. For those who have trouble with stairs, this could be a challenge. Other things to note This property is a great get away if you’re looking for peace and quiet along with private water front. There are many venues to visit and learn about our locals and what they have to offer; including the oyster bars, brewery, tea house, golfing and more. There is no shortage of nature with eagles, hawks and all sorts of birds while enjoying the wide open space. The outdoor space has horse shoe pits, frisbee golf, trampoline, swings and a tickle trunk of activities. The stone platform is a great social area with comfortable seating and a fire table. Take in the views, take in some sun or enjoy the great outdoors. If you're feeling a bit more adventurous, kayaks are available for free of charge during your stay (some restrictions apply).
