Walk to downtown shops, restaurants, and events. Each home has its own entrance, living room, kitchen, laundry, and parking. Sleeps 11 comfortably. The space We converted this beautiful historic home into two private duplexes under one roof; the Rosebud Suite and the Rose Blossom. Each duplex has it's own private entrance and dedicated parking. Sound proofing has been installed along with locked hotel-like doors that can be opened upon request if a larger party wants to rent out both duplexes to accommodate a total of 11 guests. The two duplexes rented together offers 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, two kitchens, and two living rooms and would be perfect for family reunions, weddings, and multiple families wanting to lodge together. Longer stays may be considered upon request. The two living rooms both have smart TV’s. The Rosebud Suite living room has a sofa bed. The kitchens are fully equipped with a Keurig coffee maker, stove, refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and all pots, pans, and utensils needed to prepare and enjoy a meal. Multiple dining areas throughout that is also perfect for workspaces. All bedrooms have smart TV's, dressers, night stands, benches and soft hypoallergenic bedding with two types of pillows for you to choose from. The bathrooms have stand up showers and fluffy white towels. Downtown Thomasville is just steps away and offers amazing food, boutiques, gifts, unique items, and entertainment. If you're in town for some Thomasville Bulldog ot Thomas County Central activities and sporting events, you're right around the corner from the football, baseball, and softball fields. High chair and pack and play available upon request. Guest access Entrance to the Rose Blossom is in the front and the Rosebud Suite entrance is located on the side in the back. Parking is also available on the side and front of home with additional parking available upon request at Bennett Real Estate Company next door. Longer stays may be available upon request. Located in the heart of Thomasville, this home is convenient to everything Thomasville has to offer and only a short drive to Tallahassee, Moultrie, Valdosta, and the surrounding areas in Thomas County.
