Centrally located and at the same time in a quiet, green residential area. An absolute highlight: our communal garden right behind the apartment. A green oasis in the middle of the city! The space You have 75 m² just for you; a bedroom with a double bed, a children's room with a cot (120 x 200 cm) or, if necessary, another mattress (80 x 200 cm) can be placed on the floor, a spacious eat-in kitchen and a small but nice bathroom. Guest access A special feature: We live in a duplex apartment with a second family on the upper floor. You have your own entrance and use the rooms of my apartment alone. Due to the fact that both floors are connected with an open staircase, you will of course get some family bustle.
