Loft in Traverse City

Fabulous loft in a single story, renovated industrial building in Traverse City. The chic urban space has a fully equipped kitchen, 2 dining areas (one can be used for a work space,) and two sleeping areas. Minutes from downtown and beaches and close proximity to the Boardman Lake and Tart trails for walking or biking. Great coffee shop, take out spot with delicious food options, and convenience store a block away. A perfect place to come back to after exploring all the area has to offer. The space Beautifully designed open plan that begins with a room for lounging, music or TV, along with an old farm table that seats 12. Another large room holds a second dining area (either dining table can function as a work space) and partitioned bed space. At the rear of the space is a well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Enjoy the piano if you play, and there is plenty of artwork to feed your creative senses. Guests should know that the bed spaces are behind half walls. There is a sliding barn door that can be closed to separate the main room and next room. Guest access Loft has two entrances, and parking on site. Coffee shop, convenience store and good take-out food within a block of the building. Longer walk or ride to breweries, restaurant with wood fired pizzas, and an amazing Italian deli and eat in place. Great wine shop too. Bike rental nearby. Beach and downtown a short drive away; a trail that loops around Boardman Lake is across the street. Other things to note Plenty of parking, space inside to store your bikes, and we are happy to give advice on favorite places to go. We are both long time residents of the area.
