From the Berry Patch Cottage, it's a quiet one-mile walk to downtown Point Reyes Station. We're less than half a mile from National Seashore land at the foot of Tomales Bay. Enjoy your own tucked-away cottage, with apple trees, berries, & vegetable garden. With a mix of meadow and trees and nearby fresh water, we see an extensive variety of birds ad other wildlife. NOTE: Pets & children are welcome; ask about (low) pet fees. The space The Cottage has picturesque country views ~ Front and (fenced) back decks. Is fully equipped kitchen with oak dining table, and fruit bowl, homemade berry jam, condiments, coffees and teas. Bedroom with comfortable queen bed and attractive propane "wood-stove". Cozy living room with full very comfortable sofa-bed for additional guest(s). There is an an adjoining cottage, which you cannot see from inside or from the large fenced back deck with fountain, furniture, and view. There is an effective sound wall between the cottages. Smoke and pesticide free. Pet and family friendly. There is a $40 security deposit to be paid on arrival plus $20/night fee per pet, part of Airbnb's charge.
