Lower level has two bedrooms with queen beds (each with a bath), a kids room with queen bed and 1 twin size. A queen sofa bed. Sleeps a maximum of 11 including children. Limit 10 adults, children over the age of 3 are considered an adult per Franklin County. Great room, kitchen, sun room, laundry and 1/2 bath on the main level. Family room on lower level.
