Cottage in Croyde

🌟THE VINES🌟 This cozy dog friendly upside down cottage is the perfect place for you and the family to stay in Croyde, close to the heart of the village and walking distance to the beach. This bright and cheerful home sleeps 5 and a babe, with 1 double 2 singles,sofabed&travel cot. It has a fully enclosed garden and off road parking. From its comfy beds and sofas to its spacious kitchen diner, we have everything you need, including a sun room and work space when peace and quiet is needed. The space The Vines cottage is situated in the grounds of our home, Kittiwell House, a 16th Century Thatched Devon Long House in the Heart of Croyde. We are lucky to be in the quieter corner of the village, but only a stones throw from all that Croyde has to offer. The cottage is kitted out with everthing you need to enjoy a self catering holiday, its fully equipped kitchen/diner has a large fridge, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, table and chairs and a high chair if needed. The lounge is ready for you to snuggle up on the 3 seater, or flop on the huge bean bag and chill after a fun filled day at the beach, and even light a fire on those chilly evenings. The bathroom has an electric shower over a small bath and we provide the fluffy towels. The Double room is newly decorated and wonderfully comfortable for a perfect nights sleep so you are well rested for each day of your holiday. Our second bedroom has 2 single beds,Perfect for families with young children, teenagers and friends. Being upside down is an added querk to The Vines and means their is access to the garden from both upstairs and downstairs. An adjacent shed makes storing surf boards, wetsuits, buggys and bikes easy and secure. Everything in Croyde is within walking distance which makes for a perfect holiday ~ just park up and relax. With 2 beautiful beaches on your door step, both Croyde Bay and Putsborough Beach are favourites of mine, but Saunton Sands and Woolacombe Beach are a quick drive away and equally as lovely. You aren’t short of places to explore in North Devon, and of course the walks are endless. Guest access The Vines has its own off road parking space allocated to its guests only, any extra cars will need to park in the village Hall car park (unless otherwise arranged with your host) and an enclosed garden. A shed to store surf boards, buggys and bikes. Other things to note Please note that the Vines is a close neighbour to myself , your host and Steve (my dad) the owner, so we do ask that you respect our property and its surroundings, especially when useing the garden but mostly when you drive in and out of the car park. I have two young boys who play outside a lot and there are 2 dogs that sometimes like to wonder :)
