The space features a living room, family room, dining area, kitchen fully equipped with pots, pans, utensils, and the basic necessities for cooking, 3 bedrooms and sitting area equipped with flat screen TVs and board games for your entertainment and convenience. The space also features a private pool and outside sitting area. This space is perfect for work trips, family and friends traveling together, and couples. Guest access You’ll have full access to the backyard, with your own private entrance, fenced off with privacy fencing. Additionally you’ll have your own dedicated garage for you and your guests to enjoy easy access. Other things to note The internet service is offered as a courtesy, according to the availability of the provider. We take no responsibility if the provider has problems in the area. Our facilities are connected and depend exclusively on public service utilities of electricity and water service of Puerto Rico power company and water CO, AAA, AEE & LUMA. Reservations are confirmed in acknowledgement that the interruption of these services caused by the provider will not result in the termination of the reservation or any type of refunds. Please note that Puerto Rico’s plumbing system, like much of the Caribbean, is not designed to flush toilet paper. A waste bin is provided in each bathroom — please use it for all toilet paper and wipes. Any plumbing issues resulting from flushing paper will be the guest’s responsibility.
