Private House with Outdoor Hot Spring Bath!

VILLA ATAMI-Nagomi- is a private house with an outdoor hot spring bath located just behind the Atami Japanese plum garden. It is only 4minutes away from Kinomiya station and 9 minutes away from Atami station by car. This designer house was renovated in December 2021, and features a Japanese-modern style with a clean atmosphere. In a garden, there is a stone outdoor hot spring bath which provides a relaxing view. If you are lucky, you might catch a glimpse of the beautiful stars. The space *HOUSE For larger groups of more than 8 guests, it's possible to book VILLA ATAMI-Maruta- which is located next to Nagomi, if it's available. This option allows for up to 14 guests to stay together. Please be aware that VILLA ATAMI-Maruta- is dog friendly. The living room and bedrooms of VILLA ATAMI-Nagomi- are spacious and offer a sense of openness. The house features a 120-inch big screen, which allows guests to enjoy streaming services such as Netflix, Prime Video, and Youtube. The house layout includes a 2LDK design, featuring a living room, dining room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, and 2 toilets. Guests are welcome to use the microwave, oven toaster, pots, fridge, and coffee grinder provided in the open kitchen. The host himself choose the coffee beans, so you can enjoy special coffee that has been roasted within the past two weeks. *BEDROOM
 The two bedrooms make it comfortable for a group to share. We can accommodate you for up to 8 guests at VILLA ATAMI-Nagomi-. Bedroom#1: The bedroom has a chic design with black tiled flooring. There are 1 king bed and 3 semi-double beds. Bedroom#2: The Japanese-style bedroom has a large window that provides a sense of openness. There are 3 Japanese-style mattresses(Futon). *AMENITIES We provide a set of bath towels and face towels for each person. Please feel free to use the washing machine and dryer during your stay. □Bathroom Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, face wash □Dressing room Bath towels, face towels, hair dryer, toothbrushes, combs, cotton puffs, a razor, and body towels. *KITCHEN We provide seasonings such as salt, pepper, soy sauce, and cooking oil, as well as kitchen appliances such as a fridge, a microwave oven, a toaster, a rice cooker, coffee grinder, pans, pots, cutting boards, cutting knives, a strainer, a peeler, ladles, a grater, and more. For the tablewares, there are plates, cutleries, cups, glasses, wine glasses, bowls, chopsticks and more. 
A coffee set is provided. *SHOPPING There is a grocery store named Atami MaxValue, conveniently located about a 6-minute drive away. Since there are no delivery service and no grocery stores nearby the accommodation, we suggest that you consider purchasing any required items before your check-in. *BBQ Shichirin (charcoal grills) are available for use on the porch from 9:00 to 21:00. The fee is 1500 yen/stay. Please bring your own charcoal and food of your choice. There is a roof on the porch, but it will not be available in case of strong wind and rain. You may bring your own tarp. *Items available at the facility Nets, igniters, chuckerman, tongs Please see the kitchenware section for seasonings. *What you need to bring Charcoal, ingredients, sauce, skewers (if necessary) *PROJECTOR You can enjoy Amazon Prime Video, Netflix, and YouTube. However, we will discontinue providing Netflix and Amazon Prime accounts as of January 5, 2026. You will still be able to enjoy movies and videos within the facility, but please log in using your own account when viewing. Additionally, if using our company account, you will not be able to view paid content. Therefore, if you wish to view paid content, please prepare your own account. Standard broadcast TV channels are not accessible. Furthermore, if you wish to project your own content, you can connect it using an approximately 3-meter long HDMI cable. Kindly replace the fireTV stick with an HDMI terminal and return it after usage. *WIFI 
We provide free WiFi with a very stable speed of 250 to 300Mbps, allowing you to watch movies without any difficulty. Other things to note ++Available check-in time++ Check-in time is from 16:00 to 22:00. We cannot respond to any problems related to check-in after 22:00. ++About changing the number of guests++ We do not have a room charge system, so even if you are within the maximum number of guests, the price will change according to the number of guests. If there is a change in the number of guests, please contact us at least one day prior to your stay. In addition, if you are only using the facilities for a BBQ or other event and not staying overnight, you will still be charged the usual additional fee. ++Stairs++ Please note that there are approximately 30 steps leading to the entrance of the house.If you have heavy luggage or physical limitations, we recommend considering an alternative accommodation option. ++Hot spring++ Please note that in case of heavy rain or other bad weather conditions, as well as ongoing construction work in the area, it may be temporarily impossible to use the host spring. If the hot spring is not available, 15% of the room charge for the applicable night will be refunded. (If you cannot use the hot spring only one night out of three nights, 15% of the accommodation fee for one night will be refunded) Additionally, we will provide a gas water heater so that you can continue to take baths during your stay.  There is a privacy fence, but please wear your bathing suits when you use the outdoor hot spring bath. ++Number of guests++ We are not a room charge system. Rates will vary depending on the number of people. If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay. ++Parking++ 
There is a parking space available for one car just one minute from the accommodation. If you require parking for more than two cars, please contact us to discuss possible arrangements. ++Number of guests++ If any change of number of guests happens, please let us know. In case of change of guests happens without notifying us, we will charge fee of additional guest and 1.5 times of the total fee of stay. ++Smoking++ Smoking is strictly prohibited within the building. Smoking area is limited on the balcony only. In case any guest smokes in the building, we will fine 80,000 JPY. ++ About the natural environment ++ The property is located in a rich natural environment, so you can see wild birds, squirrels, and other animals such as beetles. Although we take measures to prevent insects from entering the rooms, it is difficult to prevent them completely, so we do not recommend guests who are not fond of insects to stay at the hotel. We apologize for the inconvenience and ask for your understanding. ++Caution++ If there is any damage or loss to the belongings, walls, floors, furniture, or other items in the house during your stay, we will charge you for the full cost of restoration. If the condition of the house after your stay is noticeably poor, we may also require compensation from you. ++Late Check-Out Policy++ In the event of an unnotified late check-out, a penalty fee of 5,000 yen will be incurred for every 30-minute interval.
