Sleep wonderfully in the comfortable and extra-long box spring beds and wake up rested to enjoy a fun day. Both adults and children enjoy the house here to the fullest, with the fully fenced garden with toys, terrace and free bicycles! The space First floor Bathroom Relax and unwind in the beautiful and modern bathroom with a luxurious rain shower! The large mirror with dimmable lighting creates a pleasant and warm atmosphere. Our washing machine offers convenience during your stay: so there is no need to bring a lot of clothes! Bedroom 1 This is located on the ground floor, opposite the bathroom. Ideal for children or grandparents. This room has 2 comfortable box spring beds measuring 90x190 cm. All the beds in the vacation home are box springs and can be used either as single beds or as a double bed. Bed linen is included with your stay, and the beds are made for you before arrival, so you can start relaxing immediately upon arrival after a long journey! Living Room In the cozy living room, there are 2 comfortable sofas and 2 nice armchairs. Here you can relax, chat together, have a drink or watch TV after a day at the beach or on the water. Thanks to the large south-facing sliding door, the living room is wonderfully light. There is also space for 6 people at the round dining table. There are 2 highchairs available, and the table is perfect for long dinners or a fun game night. There are books (Dutch and German), games and toys available for children. Kitchen The luxurious kitchen is fully equipped so that you can cook and enjoy yourselves together. Here you will find, among other things, a Dolce Gusto coffee maker, an oven with microwave function, a dishwasher and a spacious refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Ideal for an extensive breakfast, a quick lunch or a cozy evening together. To make your arrival extra comfortable, we provide a number of basic supplies such as coffee, tea, salt, pepper, dishwasher tablets, a kitchen towel, tea towel and dishcloths. Upper floor Via the sturdy stairs, you can reach the top floor where bedrooms 2 and 3 are located. Bedroom 2 This bedroom has 2 comfortable box spring beds of 90x210 cm (!) that can be used together as a king-size bed. There is also a spacious closet with plenty of storage space, and a camping cot can be added if needed so that you have your little one close to you. Guest bedroom 3 This bedroom has 2 box spring beds of 90x200 cm, which can also be used as a double bed. There is also plenty of space here to put your belongings. All the bedrooms have shutters and mosquito nets. Storage room In the storage room upstairs, you will find, among other things, a fan, a camping cot, high chairs, a vacuum cleaner and other practical items. Free Wi-Fi is available in the vacation home. Terrace & Garden From the living room, you can step right onto the sunny south-facing terrace. Do you need a little more shade? Then it is wonderful to spend time in the green garden area on the east side of the vacation home, where a large tree acts as a natural parasol. There is a garden set and parasol on the terrace so you can enjoy breakfast, lunch, drinks or a barbecue outside. In the garden, there is also a cozy picnic table where you can enjoy your breakfast in the early morning sunshine. There is hardly a better way to start the day. For children, there is plenty of fun with a slide, sandpit, water play table, baby swing and children's swing. Thanks to the fully fenced garden, our young guests can have a great time here. In the new garden house (2025), there are sun loungers, bicycles, garden tools and beach toys for children. This way, you don't have to bring a lot of things yourself, and you can immediately enjoy a relaxing stay by the Grevelingenmeer. Guest access - You have the entire house at your disposal, including the terrace, fully fenced garden and garden shed. - The garden shed with bicycles, deck chairs, BBQ and beach toys is freely accessible during your stay. - 2 private parking spaces are available directly at the house. - There is also a free general parking lot available at the park, which is convenient if visitors come. - You check in independently via a lockbox. Other things to note - Towels are not provided in the house - please bring your own - Tourist tax is €2 per person per night. You will receive a payment request for this shortly before your stay. - A comfortable mom/dad bike with 2 child seats is available for €25 per stay.
