Come and enjoy yourself at Vakantiehuis Grevelingenmeer! Located in a quiet bungalow park in Herkingen, on the island of Goeree Overflakkee, above Zeeland. Close to Renesse, Rotterdam and 20 minutes from Ouddorp aan Zee! The vacation home is only 200 meters away from the Grevelingenmeer! The bungalow has all the comforts and is surrounded by a beautiful and spacious garden with plenty of play opportunities for children. Here you can unwind and breathe in the pure sea air. The space From the hall on the ground floor, you have access to the comfortable bathroom. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2022! The bathroom has a luxurious rain shower. Furthermore, in the bathroom there is a sink cabinet with storage space, a large mirror with dimmable lighting and the toilet. There is also a washing machine so you can easily do a load of laundry during your stay. Bed linen is included in the stay. The beds are made for you so that your vacation can start immediately upon arrival! You need to bring your own towels. Bedroom 1 is also located on the ground floor, opposite the bathroom (ideal for children and grandparents) and has 2 comfortable box spring beds of 90x190 cm. In the living room, there are 2 comfortable sofas and 2 armchairs. When you are not out and about, you can relax, chat, have a drink or watch TV. Also in the dining area, there is room for 6 people at the cozy round table. There are 2 high chairs available! In addition to eating together, this table is ideal for playing games! In the vacation home, there are children's books (German and Dutch), games and toys. The new luxury kitchen is equipped with every comfort so you can cook and enjoy together. A delicious cup of coffee from the Dolce Gusto coffee maker, or baking an oven dish or pizza in the oven, it's all possible here. The oven also has a microwave function so you can also heat a bottle of milk for your baby. Furthermore, the kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher and a spacious refrigerator with freezer compartment. To facilitate your arrival, we provide a number of basic things such as salt, pepper, coffee and tea for the first days. There are also dishwasher tablets ready, 1 kitchen towel, 1 tea towel and 2 dishcloths. From the living room, you go up the sturdy and solid stairs to the upper floor where bedrooms 2 and 3 are located. Bedroom 2 has 2 comfortable box spring beds of 90x210 cm (king size!) (can also be used as a double bed). In the bedroom, there is a closet with plenty of storage space. A camping bed for your little one can also be added to this room. Bedroom 3 has a double bed of 180x200 cm and there is plenty of room to put your things. All the bedrooms have shutters and screens. Furthermore, in the storage space upstairs between the bedrooms, there is a closet, fan, 2 highchairs, camping bed, vacuum cleaner and some practical things. You have access to free WiFi in the vacation home. The cozy living room has a sliding door to the south, making it wonderfully bright. From the living room, you can step onto the sunny south-facing terrace. If you need more shade, it is wonderful to stay in the garden area on the east side of the vacation home. Here is a large tree that acts as a natural umbrella! On the terrace, there is a garden set and a parasol. In nice weather, you can have a delicious lunch, drinks or barbecue on the BBQ that belongs to the vacation home. In the garden, there is a cozy picnic table where you can have breakfast in the early morning sun, for example. A perfect way to kick off the day with lots of energy! In the garden, there is a slide, sandbox and water play table. There is also a baby swing and a children's swing. Our young guests can have a wonderful time in the fenced garden! In the new garden house (2025) at the back of the garden, there are a number of deck chairs, some garden tools and a number of bicycles. There are also (beach) toys for the children, so you do not have to bring them from home. Guest access At Vakantiehuis Grevelingenmeer, there is room for 2 cars. So you can park 2 cars next to the house. The parking lot was laid in March 2023, so it is brand new! Furthermore, there is a general parking lot in the park where you can park (for free). Other things to note - You need to bring your own towels. - The tourist tax on the island of Goeree Overflakkee is €2.00 per person per night. You will receive a payment request shortly before your stay. - Note: We rent to tourists only. At our holiday park it is not allowed to rent to workers, employees and other non-tourists. As a result, we cannot accept such bookings.
