Private Attic Space by Lake Merritt

Private two room suite with bath on 3rd floor of Family Home.This is a sunny private space suitable for one guest. The attic rooms are accessed through the main hallways of the family home. Please NOTE: If you are a very quiet guest( with excellent reviews ) and have not previously stayed with us we may be able to accommodate you. Before requesting a reservation , please send an inquiry and please include information about your stay . Thank you! The space This open lofty space has a living room area with a television (TV is connected to a Roku with APPS set up including Netflix, Amazon Prime, HBO and ESPN) and a small table and chair. No kitchen but a coffee and tea set up along with a microwave , electric tea kettle and small refrigerator. There are many restaurant options within a few blocks of the home, as well as Trader Joe's and Whole Foods within walking distance. A bedroom area has a very comfortable double bed. The private bath is tucked under a sloped roof so if you are very tall it might not be a great fit. The bathroom has a tub with a shower wand for seated showers.
