Spacious, bright 2 BR suite in great location

This bright 770 sq ft suite consists of the entire upstairs of my home with two spacious bedrooms with queen beds, a large family room with a queen sofa bed, and bathroom with double sinks and tub/shower. There is no kitchen, but includes an apartment size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, instant pot, and convection oven/air fryer. I provide breakfast (yogurt, fruit, granola, cereal, coffee, tea, cream). Guests enter through the shared front door of the house, and head upstairs to the suite. The space This two bedroom, environmentally friendly suite is a great place to stay in Eugene for a solo traveler, a couple, a family (please, children over age 5 only), or your group of up to 5 people. The house is located in a nice neighborhood that is convenient to all of Eugene. The entire upstairs of my home (770 square feet) is for your use. Only you and your party will be using it during your stay. You will enter through the shared front door into main floor front hallway, and head straight up the stairs to the suite. The two nice-sized bedrooms (which both have locking doors with keys) have comfortable beds, bedside tables, drawers and closet space for your use. There is a double sink and vanity in the bathroom with drawers and cupboards for your things, and a separate room with toilet, and combination tub and shower. There is a very large family room (12 x 22 feet). One side of this room is set up with a small fridge, microwave, kitchen cart, electric kettle, coffeemaker, toaster oven, dishware, and a table and chairs. The other side of the large family room is set up with couch (queen-size sleeper sofa), chairs, bookshelf with travel books and games, and a 42 inch flat screen television with Netflix, Amazon Prime, Pandora, and other streamed tv. The entire suite is very bright and clean. I provide coffee, tea, yogurt, fresh fruit, cereal, granola, and sometimes some fresh pastries. Although there is no kitchen, the fridge, microwave, and convection oven/air fryer, and instant pot allow for simple meal preparation. The house has solar panels that provide electrical energy. Recycling is easy by just putting recyclables in a container. I will do the sorting. I use environmentally friendly cleaning and body products. My house is surrounded by organic flower, fruit and vegetable gardens. I sometimes have delicious berries, plums and cherries to share for your breakfast. Guest access There is a parking space for one car in the driveway. There is nearby on-street parking if there is more than one car, or please talk to me about the possibility of using a second driveway spot. Guests will let themselves into the house through the shared front door with a code for the deadbolt that I will provide before your arrival. The main floor of the house is separated by french doors in the entry hallway. The stairs to the upstairs suite are just inside the front door. Head on up to the suite and make yourself at home. All rooms in the upstairs suite have doors. I live on the first floor of the home, and keep this space private. Other things to note Cleaning Protocols: My space is always very clean (5 stars from every guest!) but with Covid I am ensuring extra cleaning between each guest. I follow the Airbnb cleaning protocols. All surfaces including light switches, door knobs, garbage and recycling cans, furniture, bathroom counters, sinks, toilet, tub, faucets, refrigerator, and microwave has been cleaned and sanitized. All windows in the suite have been open and a HEPA air filter runs for at least 4 hours to air out the space. There are extra cleaning supplies in the suite if you would like to use them during your stay. Sheets and towels are laundered with fragrance-free laundry detergent and softener.
