Just 3 minutes from amenities and close to Alès, the villa is perfectly located to explore the Cévennes, Anduze, Uzès, Nîmes and the Pont du Gard. The beaches of Le Grau-du-Roi and the Camargue are also within easy reach. Nature lovers will enjoy the many nearby walking trails. The perfect place to relax and explore. The space Semi-detached villa of 94 m² located in a quiet property, featuring a garden, terrace and private pool, perfect for relaxing moments. Sun loungers are available to enjoy the sunshine in complete peace. Access to the property is through a shared electric gate, while private parking in front of the front door of the apartment is reserved for you. The house is set over two levels: Ground floor: entrance, open-plan kitchen with dining area, living room, laundry room and terrace leading directly to the pool. First floor: bedrooms, bathroom and toilet. 👉 A comfortable and functional space, ideal for stays with family or friends. Guest access Guests have full access to the entire property, including the garden, terrace and private pool, all exclusively reserved for their use. Access to the property is via a shared electric gate. Private parking is available in the courtyard. Self check-in is available via a lockbox for added flexibility. 👉 Enjoy the space in complete privacy, just like home. Other things to note For stays longer than 6 days, the pool is maintained by us to ensure optimal water quality throughout your stay. We usually come every 4 days, accessing the pool area via a side gate near the bungalow, without entering the house.
