We’re upfront so you can book with comfort and confidence! The space Modern 2BR in a renovated building at 1435 State Street, New Haven—just minutes from Yale, East Rock Park, and downtown. Located in the Mill River District, a growing urban area with nearby cafes, breweries, and quick highway access. Unit 205 is a bright second-floor walk-up (no elevator) with free on-site parking and access to a small gym. Expect some street noise from this active pass-through road. Ideal for guests seeking comfort, convenience, and city access without downtown hassle. Guest access We have off-street parking. However, the city of New Haven has tons of parking downtown that requires parking meters. There are a good number of parking garages as well if you want coverage for your vehicle. Uber is super easy to get to and from, along with Lyft. If you want to experiment city transit, the bus pickup is right outside the front of our property.
