Water’s Edge at Three Falls Cove

Welcome to the cozy and peaceful, newly-remodeled farmhouse cottage in the picturesque surroundings of Three Falls Cove. Located approximately 45 minutes north of Amarillo Texas and just 1/2 mile off of Lake Meredith National Park. Upon entering our front door, you are greeted at the window by a variety of beautiful birds that live and thrive on the property. Feel free to step out on the deck and feed the birds. Take a minute and just breathe as you take in the view. Other things to note We welcome day visitors, but we do require a signed liability and also a fee of an extra $15 upon arrival to the property. We have a security gate for our registered guests, so that we do not have other people coming and going without notification. Activities at the pond require a signed liability and rental for the paddle boats or row boats is $10 per day. For fishing in our spring fed, stocked pond there is a fee of $10 per person over 10 years of age and $5 for children under 10 years of age. This fee covers the whole entire time you are here. We feed the fish daily and stock with catfish, Florida largemouth bass, crappie and bluegill.
