One room has a private balcony. The quiet location invites you to relax - barbecue facilities available. Even larger vehicles (up to 7.5 t) can park easily. Guest access The entire apartment is available for guests' exclusive use - including terrace, balcony and garden area with barbecue. Access is convenient and keyless via a modern RFID chip system. Parking spaces, even for larger vehicles up to 7.5 t, are right by the house. Other things to note The apartment is located in a quiet residential area - please keep the room volume down after 10 pm.
