Clean, private, furnished room in a 4 bedroom house. King bed. Separate entrance and a small private bath with tub and shower. Serene space, close to downtown shops. There is a refrigerator, a coffee station, a microwave, and other appliances in the kitchenette. The laundry room is available upon request. Friendly pets on premises. Wacissa Springs is a short drive, and kayaks on premises for your use. The beautiful Ecological Park trail loop is within a short walking distance. The space The house is on one acre off a main road. There is a private fenced back yard with locking gates and a friendly dog on the premises. Tallahassee is a 20 minute drive, the Wacissa River is 10-15 minutes, Thomasville is 25 minutes North. Guest access The room is clean, furnished with a king sized bed, a chaise, a work space, and an antique dresser. The bed has a Serta mattress, with a 4 inch memory foam topper that is so comfortable, I put them on every bed in the house! Your room has a separate entrance and free parking. It uses a mini split air conditioning system with a remote. Laundry is inside the main house and available upon request. There is a doggie door in the hallway for your use if you bring your dog (we ❤ dogs!) and the backyard is securely fenced. During your stay If guests need anything at all I will help as immediately as possible. Please don't hesitate to reach out to me with any requests or questions! I give my guests total privacy otherwise. I am a text away if you need me, though I stay to myself and will not be disturbing you in any way. Other things to note There is no smoking inside the house, please, and all other rooms (besides the laundry, upon request) are off limits. Kayaks are available and free to use if you are heading to the springs. There is some road noise and normal neighborhood sounds but overall it is quiet. We are not partiers and it stays pretty calm around here. Trash pick up is twice per week, Tuesdays and Fridays. You will have your own can outside your entrance.
