Ground floor living room of 24 m2 with fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, upstairs an attic bedroom of 25 m2 with mountain views through the Velux and 1 free parking space in our courtyard without street view (3rd space in the courtyard) Tarbes Town Hall 2.5 km away, Caminadour 500 m away, store approx. 1 km away We live next door and are available to meet your expectations The space Fully equipped, our apartment offers services that should meet all your expectations and we hope even beyond such as a washing machine and a dishwasher and we also provide you with household products, coffee (Nespresso coffee machine), tea, powdered chocolate, sugar cubes, salt, pepper, oil and vinegar for a more comfortable arrival and departure! In the bedroom you will enjoy a 140 x 190 box bed, a 3-door closet dresser and a clothes rack. We provide linens: sheets, shower towels, dish towel and hand towels for 2 people. Please bring towels and linens as well as the duvet and pillows of the sofa bed which, when unfolded, is a 140 x 190 bed if you have to use it, however if you wish we can provide them for an extra charge of €20 payable only once per stay. We provide baby and child equipment on request for FREE. Guest access Entire place 1 reserved and free parking space in our yard out of sight. Bus line within 1 km Other things to note Please read the following carefully: The location of our accommodation is very visible on our listing so please take a good look at it so as not to rate us poorly on this. Cleaning is not included! It is up to everyone to leave the apartment in a correct condition or to tell us if they want us to add the cleaning service to the price of the reservation, which does not prevent respectful use of our accommodation, which we make a point of ensuring is impeccable on your arrival. It is STRICTLY FORBIDDEN to smoke in the accommodation: we will open a complaint with Airbnb if this rule is not respected for the comfort of all! Cats are prohibited because we have had damage and persistent odors and we no longer wish to bear the consequences! If necessary: Only 1 small dog remaining under the responsibility of its owners is accepted with a supplement of €30 per stay: golden retrievers or labradors or… are not small dogs and are not suitable for our apartment and vice versa!!! We provide you with towels and linens for the 2-person bed in the master bedroom: please provide towels and linens for the sofa bed if you need to use it. For your child under 3 years old we provide you with FREE OF CHARGE: a baby bed, a changing mat, a bathtub with its bath bouncer, a high chair...
