Welcome to Kermoutmout! We are excited to have you stay with us! Located in the heart of the small characterful city of La Roche-Bernard, our house is quiet and close to all shops. We have rehabilitated this former annex of the Halgands guest hotel to install our cocoon: a large, bright and warm loft. The space The house is located in the city center, in a quiet block, away from the street. It is accessible by a few steps and is therefore not accessible to everyone. However, strollers can be stored in the large entrance. The house is very open in a loft spirit. It is arranged on 2 floors: - on the ground floor: the kitchen/dining room equipped (oven, induction stove, microwave, refrigerator, central island); the living room equipped with a stove, overlooking the small city garden and the outdoor terrace; the master suite and its bathroom; the laundry room. The dining area and the living room open out onto the “winter garden,” a fully functional room that can be opened and closed, allowing you to enjoy an outdoor space sheltered from the sun… or the rain! - Upstairs: an open mezzanine can accommodate 2 people on a real bed, although you might not appreciate being woken up at dawn... You'll find the TV area and two real desks for working, if needed. - A few (3) steps down, and you're in the sleeping area: a children's mezzanine leads to 2 bedrooms with a bathroom. Marie’s bedroom can accommodate 2 people in single beds; Aëlle’s bedroom can accommodate 1 person in a single bed and up to 2 people in a double bed. We can set up a travel crib with a real mattress if needed, and provide you with equipment for a very young child. Feel free to let me know. The garden is very small but it is enclosed. Guest access We provide you with the entire house. Only part of the hallway will be blocked to store our belongings. We will give you access to our libraries, but please take care of our books; we are very fond of them. Other things to note This is our family home, it's large. It is designed to accommodate at least 4 people. It requires a lot of preparation beforehand to present itself in its best light when it is made available. That's why we prefer long rentals for families.
