The Apartment is facing a beautiful courtyard that has Buddhist temples and shrines with Newari cultural importance. Guest access The property is located in Central Patan, but it is away from the hustle and bustle of the streets, so you will have a peaceful and quiet experience during your stay here. You can also go to the historic courtyard /park - Bubahal. Bubahal is one of the 18 main bahal of Patan. [Baha: or Bahal is a type of courtyard found amongst Newar communities in Nepal. It is the most dominant type of courtyard in Newari Architecture. Baha is a Newari Buddhist Monastery and derives its name from the Sanskrit word Bihara, meaning joy or enchantment thus is a place of religious bliss] Although the property doesn't have private parking. This area does have Street Parking for motorbikes and Car Parking can also be managed. Also, the courtyard has enough space for parking motorbikes. The area is guarded 24 hours by the police officers due to its historical and cultural background so parking in the streets is usually safe as police officers patrol around the area all the time. Other things to note This is going to be the best place to stay if the guests are here for vacation. The property is close to MangalBazzar, and Patan Durbar Square which are the attractions of Patan having cultural and traditional values. Since the Apartment is located in a place which is close to the Buddhist temples and shrines which have a lot of significance in the Newari Community. Although there are temples near the apartment guests will not have any problem with the noise and disturbance, except in the early morning time as every morning the locals here have a ritual of ringing the bell for some time (a minute or so), which our past guests haven't had any problem as they get used to it after some time but guest should be expecting it.
