Relax and enjoy your stay in our beautifully situated and renovated holiday home with a fenced in garden looking out over fields towards the mountains. Pets welcome. The apartment is close to the town of Traunstein and still in the middle of nature. An ideal starting point for outdoor sports and activities in the surrounding mountains and lakes e.g. walking, cycling, hiking, wintersports and day trips. Get to know our beautiful region while out and about in the sourrounding fields and forests. The space Our ground floor apartment offers plenty of living space ( 110m²) with two bedrooms, a bathroom with a bath and shower, a seperate guest toilet, a cosy living room with a sofa bed and smart TV, as well as an open kitchen / diningroom, overlooking the spacious garden with the terrace for guests and mountains in the background. In the large hallway you also have access to the basement, where you will find an additional cloakroom, as well as a small pantry. Guest access Due to the quiet location on a height, surrounded by forest and fields, you can best reach the apartment by car or by a 10-minute taxi ride from Traunstein train station. However, the city centre of Traunstein can also be reached on foot in 15 minutes, or by bike in 5 minutes. Other things to note The vacation apartment serves as your starting point for a variety of activities: Whether sport fishing in the Traun, hiking in the adjacent forests or moors, cycling tours to lakes and viewpoints, challenging mountain biking, mountain tours orrock climbing - everything is in close proximity. Or relax at one of the many lakes, enjoy the culinary highlights or visit one of the many cultural events. Checkout the various tourist websites of the 'Chiemgau region'. Additional info: The holiday appartment and the garden are directly connected to the landlord's house. Two dogs and a cat live there with us. Your pets are of course also welcome and have their own fenced in garden area.
