No parties allowed. There is no cleaning fee so we asks the guests to return the place to exactly the way it was given. Laundry done, beds remade, and all dishes done or there is a $250 cleaning charge. Cleaning list is on the wall in the cabin. Make your way up the stairs to the large living room living where you are greeted by a large screen TV with DVD player, ROKU, and enough soft leather recliners for the whole family, perfect for a cozy movie night. Wifi is available for Smart TVs but at peak seasons it can be spotty. The master bedroom with king size bed is directly off the living room with its own ensuite, TV, and lake views, ideal for a romantic getaway. If the whole family is along for the fun you will appreciate how the living room flows into a well appointed kitchen and a dedicated dining room. A separate bedroom on this floor gives the kids or another couple their own space with a queen size bed and Smart TV. Don’t forget your fire-stick! The swimming pool will be closed this season 2026. Patio is equipped with BBQ and super comfortable patio set. There is also another Smart Tv on the patio so don’t forget your fire-stick so you don’t miss the game or a dramatic movie outside! The hot tub is open only in the summer and the perfect way to end a day on the lake. There is no cable just wifi. Fire sticks are able to tether with guests phone plans if our wifi gives you trouble but it usually great the majority of the time in the summer. Guest access The property has its own driveway. Maximum 2 vehicles allowed on driveway and an additional 3 in front of white garage. NOTE: street parking is not an option. All vehicles must be on the property. Not the grass or street.
