Cozy independent room with a private entrance

A quaint, lovely guest room with private bath, private entrance and a patio at your disposal, offers a place to unwind, relax and enjoy all this area has to offer, including various historical and tourist locations. Fresh air, mountains, hiking, cycling and great restaurants, all in the heart of the Sierra of Madrid. Just five minutes away you will find a municipal swimming pool with open spaces and a cafeteria. If you like a taste of city life, we're only 40 minutes by bus direct to Madrid. The space Our lovely casita boasts of a bedroom with a queen size bed (150cm) and a complete private bathroom. There is also wifi, heating, air conditioning and an area to prepare your coffee or tea (there is no kitchen). If you would like to use the patio, a table and chairs are always at your disposal. There is ample parking in the street in front of our home with its own private entrance. If you come with your bicycle, feel free to lock it up inside the property, as the family home is on the same property as the guesthouse. Welcome to the Sierra. Guest access The guest house is located a short 14 minute walk to the bus station that will take you directly to Madrid. Or from the same station, you can take a bus to a nearby town that is serviced by RENFE (Spanish rail system). The street where our home is located is quiet and there is no problem with parking at no additional cost. We are also located just a five minute walk from the sports complex which contains a swimming pool (covered in the winter, and ample open spaces in the summer), paddle courts as well as many other activities. Within a short walking distance there is also a supermarket, health centre, various restaurants and the centre of town. Other things to note As a "welcome to our casita" in addition to a cup of coffee or tea, you will find a bottle of water, some fresh fruit and other types of snacks. Of course, towels are supplied along with shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap, shower cap and hair dryer. There is also a key box enabling freedom of arrival.
