Private barn cottage in the knobs of Kentuckiana located on a 12 acre horse farm, recently renovated into a cozy comfortable space. The barn cottage is private space with 500 sqft, fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 bath with living area, kitchenette equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and mini refrigerator. Located just outside of New Albany, IN and less than 15 minutes to Louisville, KY allowing for the relaxation of the countryside, while also enjoying the city attractions! The space This is a barn cottage located just behind our personal home, you have the place to yourself. The barn cottage is inside the barn and connects to the rest of the barn. This barn is on an active and working farm so chickens, horses, dogs and cats have access to the barn, but not the AirBNB cottage. Farm sounds and smells may be encountered during your stay. If you are looking for a place to participate in illicit or illegal enterprise we invite you to choose another location. The cottage is directly behind our personal home. Please also be aware that we have exterior security cameras monitoring the entrances & exits to our space. Guest access You will have access to the cottage without having to contact us. Amenities include: • 32” TV in bedroom area with Hulu and local TV • Queen size bed • Kitchenette equipped with mini refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, and toaster with basic kitchen tools/utensils • Large Parking space, big enough for an RV • Washer & Dryer for guests staying 1 week or more • EV Charging and RV Hookup available upon request - must make arrangements prior to stay to use this feature - NEMA 14-50 outlet Other things to note We are located in Southern Indiana & just a few miles from Louisville, KY. We are near the Sherman Minton bridge, which does not require a toll if you do decide to travel to the Bluegrass state.
