Take a break in our small home and sleeping area. The space The property is located in the basement of our clairaudient house and is accessed by a separate external staircase. Due to the basement location, there is hardly any daylight and a low ceiling height. For living things from 1.80 m and upwards, it could therefore be a bit overwhelming in the long run :-) So it is more suitable for guests who are mostly outdoors and are looking for a clean place to shower, eat and sleep for the evening. It still offers space for 1-2 adults. The property has a SLEEPING AREA with direct access to the BATHROOM. The sleeping area leads to the LIVING KITCHEN. All rooms offer privacy through lockable room doors. SLEEPING AREA. 140cm double bed with hard mattress, bedside table and wardrobe. BATH Toilet with rain shower. In the bathroom cabinet you will find a hairdryer, laundry and cleaning products. KITCHEN-LIVING ROOM Here you will find a sofa that can easily be folded over into a sofa bed. A smart TV is available to combat boredom. A small kitchenette with kitchen appliances helps you satisfy your hunger (fridge with freezer, oven with tray and grate, microwave, electric stove, sink, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker & kettle). Plates and dishes for four people are available, as well as bowls, cleaning supplies and everything else you could possibly need. Note: An automatic ventilation system has been installed in the kitchen, the fan of which makes slight noises, which can be perceived as disturbing at night. Guest access In this quietly located residential area, you can park your car for free. Please do not park any curves and also no exit and driveways or garden gates from neighbors! Depending on availability, there are paid parking spaces on the premises. Talk to us in time. In front of the stairs to your accommodation, there is a small terrace area with bench. Here you are welcome to make yourself comfortable during your stay and soak up fresh air, smoke or enjoy a coffee in the sun and watch our turtles in the outdoor enclosure. Please don't be alarmed: A fire door separates your apartment from the rest of the house. Don't worry, the door is locked and no one will bother you.
