Take a break in our small accommodation and sleep. The space The property is located in the basement of our house with thin walls and is accessible via a separate external staircase. Due to the basement location, there is hardly any daylight and a low ceiling height. For living beings from 1.80 m and up, it could therefore be a bit overwhelming in the long run :-) It is therefore more suitable for guests who are mostly outdoors and are looking for a clean place to shower, eat and sleep in the evening. It can still accommodate 1-2 adults. The property has a SLEEPING AREA with direct access to the BATHROOM. Through the sleeping area you enter the KITCHEN. All rooms offer privacy through lockable room doors. SLEEPING AREA 140 cm double bed with hard mattress, bedside table and wardrobe. BATHROOM Toilet with rain shower. In the bathroom cabinet you will find a hairdryer, detergent and cleaning agent. LIVING ROOM/KITCHEN Here you will find a sofa that can easily be pulled up into a sofa bed - lying area approx. 140 x 200 cm. A smart TV is available to fight boredom. A small kitchenette with kitchen appliances helps you satisfy your hunger (fridge with freezer compartment, oven with baking sheet and grate, microwave, electric stove, sink, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine & kettle). Plates and dishes for four people are ready, as well as bowls, cleaning supplies and everything else you need. Note: An automatic ventilation system has been installed in the kitchen-living room, the fan of which makes slight noises that can be perceived as annoying at night. Guest access In this quiet residential area, you can park your car for free. Please do not park on corners or in driveways or next to garden gates of neighbors! Depending on availability, there is paid parking on the premises. Please contact us in good time. In front of the stairs to your accommodation, there is a small terrace area with a bench. Here you can make yourself comfortable during your stay and get some fresh air, smoke or enjoy a coffee in the sun and watch our turtles in the outdoor enclosure. Please don't be alarmed: A fire door separates your apartment from the rest of the house. Don't worry, the door is locked and no one will disturb you.
