Water's Edge Cottage

On the shores of Lake Michigan, our cottage shorefront is an absolutely beautiful place to relax with family and friends. A great place for kayaking, fishing, or bird watching it’s nestled on a unique point, in a calm bay of Washington Island. Here you will enjoy a quiet, private experience while being close to local amenities. With plenty of cooking & dinnerware, this cottage is stocked with essentials, games, with all you need for relaxation. A wonderful place to make memories in any season. The space This cottage sits on over an acre of wooded land and boasts an open concept living and kitchen layout with an adjacent half bath. Access to the stone patio is off of the living room. There is bedroom on each end of the living room, each with a queen bed, nightstands, dressers, and ensuite full bathrooms. Each bedroom has private access to the cottage’s stone rear patio. Above the kitchen there is a small reading nook and bunk room with room for four utilizing two twin bunk beds. Outdoors there is a paved drive adjacent to the cottage and a second stoned drive leading to the boat house. The cottage has a stone patio, fire pit, and pier extending into the bay. Guest access Access to the cottage is via a graded stone road. Parking is on site and limited to the paved parking and adjacent stoned drive.
