Grand Home Newly Remodeled Apartment

This is the upstairs apartment of a charming grand home built in 1863. Currently this home has four apartments that have been completely remodeled. Each apartment has a private entrance with ample parking. Brunswick is a great community situated near many of the state's attractions, making it a perfect hub for travel throughout the central part of Missouri. Additionally, Brunswick offers several shops and choice restaurants for such a small town. The space This apartment has a small kitchen area that includes a full size refrigerator, microwave, air fryer, conduction cook surface, and coffeemaker. Dishes and utensils are also included. The table and chairs can serve as a place to eat or a place for you to establish a workstation/desk. The bathroom has a walk-in shower and a large closet. The bedroom can be separated from the living area with the "original" (1863) massive pocket doors. The living area has a twin bed and a twin trundle bed. There is a couch with ottoman for kicking back and watching the flat screen tv (visible also from bedroom). Guest access This unit features a laundry room available for guests. It is on the lower floor. To access; go through the blue exit door of the apartment, follow the stairway down. At the bottom of steps turn right into the common area. Turn right and follow the wall to the first door on your right. I ask that you provide your own laundry supplies. The common area that you walk through on your way to the laundry room is also available to guests. Also, feel free to sit on the front porch and enjoy the beautiful Magnolia trees. Other things to note There is a 2 bay carport on the property. This is on a first come, first served basis. If you have circumstances that you feel need priority, please let me know of this and I will try to accommodate your needs. Otherwise, lighted parking is available in front of the house. Additional parking or large vehicle parking is available beside the street next to the vacant lot to the east of the property. Please do not park on the grass in front of the house.
