A heated room with double bed and wardrobe is rented here. In the basement there is a kitchen, bathroom/toilet, party room, terrace and Washing machine. Wi-Fi, electricity, satellite TV reception, hot water and toilet paper are included. In the house, there are two cats. The horses graze year-round on the 2 neighboring properties. 3 rooms share 2 bathrooms, 1 kitchen + the living room. These 3 rooms are cleaned once a week by you together! Like at home :-)) . The space The property is just minutes from the highway and yet surrounded by nature, fields, horse paddocks, fruit tree plantations and two lakes. There is Wi-Fi, dishwasher, washing machine and underfloor heating in winter and yet you can relax, let go of technology, stress and everyday stress. Guest access You are welcome to use the fireplace / grill on the upper terrace by arrangement, chill out in the fruit tree thicket with a book and a lounger together with guests :-) or enjoy the sunset on the hill in the tall grass, play badminton on the large lawns with other guests or simply barbecue on the guest terrace.... look at the starry sky at night, watch the ponies grazing or the falcons circling. Sometimes you get to see the hedgehog at dusk. During your stay If I am not there anyway (my office is there), I am always available by phone :-) Always between 10 am and 11 pm, on weekends until midnight. There is a cash deposit €150 must be deposited if the rooms have not been left clean. Other things to note Please separate the garbage carefully > Paper > blue box, packaging + plastic + metal + foils > yellow bag, and only this yellow bag in the yellow box, compost without eggshells (organic without eggs) > composter (compost heap), residual waste (all the rest) > gray box Important: It is a room in a shared apartment, not a hotel, so guests keep the kitchen and bathroom clean themselves. Otherwise, the bathroom, hallway and kitchen/stove are cleaned once a week.
