Imagine a lovely evening around the firepit, with the BBQ sizzling and people relaxing in the Jacuzzi with a glass of something wonderful, the stars twinkling overhead and the smell of pine trees. This unique home is made for good food, good friends, and happy families getting together with multiple levels which allows for private areas. Opening the sliders off the dining room includes the deck area as part of a wonderful atmosphere for socializing. The loft above the living room has ceiling to wall windows facing west and south for great views of the ocean and pretty neighborhood. You can walk or bike to Russian Gulch State Park, go to the day use area and follow trails around the headlands or BBQ at the picnic area with a gorgeous view of blue/green ocean. Point Cabrillo Lighthouse is 1 mile down Point Cabrillo Dr. from the house and a little further down the road is Caspar Beach. You are 2 minutes north of Mendocino Village and just on the other side of the village is Big River State Beach; a large, white sand beach with lots of room to stay all day and fire rings for a cook out at night with the ocean crashing nearby. *There is a 3% charge per transaction.
