Enjoy your stay at our upscale Williamsburg 2-story duplex home! New building with floor-to-ceiling windows, exposed brick walls, balconies, and en suite bathrooms with heated floors. Perfect location on a quiet street right next to parks, shopping, restaurants, and dog runs. This is our full-time home, not a rental property. Our style is an eclectic mix of modern, designer, antique, and hand-made furniture, as well as colorful art, plus everything you need to cook. The space 1st Floor: Open concept living room, full kitchen, dining room, and half-bath. 2nd Floor: 2-bedrooms w/ queen beds and built-in closets/drawers, that open out to their own balconies, plus en suite bathrooms (walk-in showers, heated floors timed for when you wake up). The first bedroom has a queen Casper and bed frame. The second bedroom has an easy foldout velvet sofa with queen mattress plus 3 inch Tempur-Pedic topper for extra comfort. Zoned temperature control and dimmable lighting in every room. Smart speakers throughout. Enjoy streaming Netflix, HBO, Hulu, Amazon, and AppleTV+ on our 60-in flatscreen TV. If you like to cook, our kitchen has everything you need: top-line fridge and full-sized oven, KitchenAid, InstantPot, Cuisinart, etc., and a dishwasher. Keyless entry to the apartment and video intercom. Full-sized new washer/dryer on 1st floor. Guest access Free street parking is available (just pay attention to signs for street cleaning days/times, don't park in front of driveways). Less than 10-min walk to the Graham L train stop to Manhattan and Union Square or a 15-min walk to the Nassau G train stop, which will take you north through Greenpoint to Queens or south through Brooklyn. Blocks to McGolrick Park and to McCarren Park and central Williamsburg. Citi Bikes are available at the end of our block. Other things to note Amazing restaurants close to our place like Lilia, Pheasant, Win Son, Kings Co Imperial, and Llama Inn. Great nearby bars include FourFiveSix, The Richardson, Reclamation Bar, Easy Lover, and Harefield Road. Plus shopping, coffee shops, wine/liquor stores, butchers, bakeries, and seafood stores. Our favorite dog park is in McGolrick Park. McCarren Park is amazing in the spring for picnicking and people watching. Don’t miss both parks’ farmers markets. We love pets! We do charge a $50 fee per pet (for the entire stay) to cover additional cleaning required after each guest. Absolutely no parties. We will consider additional guests on a case-by-case basis.
