The house is 15 minutes from Lerici, easily accessible from the highway and a 5-minute walk from the supermarket. The space The house is in a quiet area. It's very convenient if you're arriving by car. Park the car in front of the house entrance, you enter the apartment from the outdoor terrace at street level. Upon entering, you are in the living area with a living room in front of the TV and an open kitchen. There is a large table for eating meals as well as a peninsula as a support point for quick breakfasts. The bathroom is quite large and is equipped with a shower and a whirlpool tub. From the living room, through a small hallway, you can access the two double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite bathroom with all amenities and the other has a balcony.
