In an Eastern suburb of Dallas and close proximity to Central Rowlett, experience a fantastic stay at our apartment! We have a cozy king bed that's sure to give you a great night's sleep. When you're ready to explore, easily hop on the President George Push Hwy, do some shopping, or eat at a nearby restaurant. We have everyone's desired amenities: central heating/A/C, a washer/dryer, pool, and a balcony. Lounge in the nighttime when watching some TV on Disney+, Amazon Prime, and Netflix. This is a brand new build in Rowlett in a peaceful location! We find it to be very safe and secure as we've never had any issues. We have a comfortable king-sized bed (you will be raving about the rest you get). The rest of the apartment has an open-floor plan where you'll find the kitchen and a dining area. A queen-sized pullout couch is available as the other sleeping accommodation. The Smart TV provides ample streaming services; Disney+, Amazon Prime, and Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped to cook and ready for some meals to be made! The cozy living room makes this space perfect for a small family, couples, friends, or solo travelers. Once you enter the apartment, the entire space is yours. The pool is shared among other Guests in the complex. We aren't available in person, but are online from 10am-12am CT! Outside of these hours, we can't be held liable for any issues, but will happily reach out to you once we are back online. Our place is a short walk away from some local or chain restaurants or a CVS/Walgreens/Target for some last minute shopping. You can find nearby parks and the one and only, Lake Ray Hubbard. We also have quick access to President George Bush Hwy or the Rowlett Train Station. We have onsite parking for which we will provide parking passes. In the event we cannot provide a pass, please let us know there’s not one there, and then you will need to utilize street parking! Please make sure to keep your car locked and follow general safety rules. There is ride-share in our area as well as a bus station (Rowlett Station) nearby. You can also walk to a few nearby locations for food or shopping. Please make sure to read our listing in full as well as the house rules as we want to make sure we meet your expectations.
