Lovely 3 Beds/2 Bath Clearwater Condo!

Your Clearwater getaway awaits in this stylish condo loaded with upgrades! You'll love spending your Florida vacation at our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo located 3.5 miles to the famous Clearwater Beach. New furnishings, cozy bedrooms sleeping 6 people, and a fully equipped kitchen our condo was designed to make you feel right at home during your stay. You'll be treated to amenities that include an in-ground pool (not heated), WI-FI, TV's in each room, complimentary coffee, and in-unit laundry. The space The entire unit will be yours to enjoy and relax! You'll be close to the beautiful Clearwater beach, grocery stores, restaurants, parks & plenty of other entertainment options! Upon entry, you'll be greeted by the fully-equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals as well as a a Keurig coffee maker, toaster & microwave. K-Cups are provided to guests. The living room has a large sectional sofa that features a pull-out queen bed. The 65" TV is equipped with Roku, so you're able to log into your favorite streaming services during your stay. The condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with a convertible sofa bed that sleeps "6 people". Both rooms feature carpet, a queen-sized bed, their own dressers as well as their own TV. The master has a private bathroom, a walk-in closet, and a desk for work. Each bathroom is equipped with shampoo, conditioner & body wash. Feel free to use the 4 beach chairs, sun umbrella, toys & cooler! They are provided to our guests at no charge. (Saving you $60.00 on the beach) Other things to note: If other residents are cooking/smoking/lighting incense etc, you will smell it in the hallways. The condo itself is updated, clean and well maintained. Most of the tenants in the building are locals. The neighborhood is usually quiet, and the other residents are friendly. The building itself is a older building in need of some repairs and is being slowly worked on. The pool is not heated, and I cannot control the condition of the pool. (I have clearly stated you could smell things in the hallways our unit does not smell.) Do not leave me negative feedback for anything that I have pointed out, it's in the description. Please leave a 5 star review. (Thank you in advance). 31 day rental Guest access You'll want to park near the south entrance of the building (ample parking should be available). Once parked, take the elevator to the 4th floor then take a left. Access to the condo unit itself will be via keypad. Pool access: The pool is located at the north end of the building. Exit the front door, turn right, and head towards the back of building. The pool is accessible for all guests and requires no key or access code. It is an in-ground, gated pool. (not heated). I cannot control the condition of the pool. The pool area features a gazebo for shade, there are not chairs provided, but you can bring the beach chairs from the unit down to use. Other things to note Upon departure, please throw away your trash at the chute to the left of the unit. This building is equipped with cameras for safety. Please be mindful of treating the residents of the building kindly. Our unit is professionally maintained by a pest company. Palmetto bugs are outdoor bugs that occasionally make their way inside like a spider or moth. Unfortunately seeing them can be part of the Florida experience. The condo receives regular professional treatment and we very rarely see bugs inside. You can help avoid an unwanted interaction with a bug by keeping doors closed, Sorry, NO refunds for bugs. We are less then 1 mile from downtown Clearwater. You can walk downtown and catch the Jolley Trolley to the beach certain times of the year for free (mostly spring break).
