Beautiful large house, with a plot of more than 600m², located in a rural neighborhood in Pindamonhangaba. Although rural, it is close to the Presidente Dutra highway and the Marinelli event house. Our guests have the comfort of a large, well-planned and recently renovated house, with new flooring and painting. In addition to a green area with a swimming pool, barbecue, oven and wood stove, game tables and more! The ideal place to gather special people in a quiet and cozy place! The space The house is spacious, with a living room, dining room, 3 large bedrooms (one of which is a suite), a guest bathroom and a kitchen. It has wooden porcelain flooring, recent painting, simple furniture, a kitchen equipped with utensils and beds with sanitized mattresses. The outdoor area is well maintained, with a clean and transparent water pool, a sanitized barbecue and wood oven, two large wooden tables for outdoor meals, a freezer, game tables and, if requested, we leave a hammock for resting. Guest access The rental is for the entire space, so the guest has access to all areas. Only a small room is locked with personal and maintenance items stored. Other things to note the location is easily accessible and, despite its proximity to the Presidente Dutra highway, it is a rural neighborhood, quiet in the midst of nature.
