The comfortable King bed is made up with premium linen as standard, a sofa bed is available for if you are 2 guests and want to sleep separately for $40 Side tables, a sofa and a dining suite for two complete the picture, with artwork, designer lighting and mirrors adding warmth and a welcoming vibe. Last but not least, the bathroom is beautifully modern, with a shower and double sink, and the European laundry contains a washing machine and dryer. What more could you need? Please note, we welcome you to bring your pet with you during your stay, but there will be a nightly fee of $35 which will need to be paid via our guest portal when you complete pre-check-in. We can't take any responsibility for inconveniences caused after booking that relate to misalignments around our pet policy. Guest access You will have access to the entire room. Other things to note Once your booking is confirmed, you will be directed to our guest portal. Prior to check-in, you will be required to complete an identity check by scanning your licence/passport and signing a rental agreement before being provided with your arrival instructions. This provides security for the owners of the room so they are comfortable that you are who you say you are and you have the documents to prove it (similar to a hotel check-in procedure). Pet Policy Miss Baker’s is a pet friendly property that understands your furry friend is a part of your family. To keep yourself, your pet, and our other guests happy, safe, and comfortable we would ask that the guests act responsibly and agree to the conditions listed below: Miss Baker’s reserves the right to refuse accommodation to anyone with a pet. Certain breeds of dogs and/or pets will not be allowed based upon their inherent demeanour and size. Individual approval is required for each requested accommodation. No pets are allowed on any furniture. Pets are not allowed to relieve themselves in the apartment - including the balcony. No dogs under 6 months old. Female dogs should not be in season. The guest will be fully responsible for any damages or soiling caused by their pet during the stay. The guest understands that the costs for the repair or additional cleaning requirements will be charged accordingly. The guest understands that a pet is not to be left unattended in the apartment at any time and that dogs must be always kept on a leash within any common areas of the building. We reserve the right to remove a pet from the premises when it displays signs of aggression, regardless of breed, type, size, weight etc. Should a pet create a disturbance (barking, whining etc) which causes complaints made to the property by other guests or staff, at the request of Management, the guest shall immediately remove any pet and house the pet elsewhere. These terms and conditions apply to bookings you make with us over the phone, via email, in-person or online. We will rely on the authority of the person making the booking to act on behalf of any other traveller on the booking and that person will bind all such travellers to these terms and conditions.
