The space Located in a recently renovated art deco building minutes from public transit and close to everything, this designer decorated apartment has gorgeous western exposure with views to the lake and spectacular sunsets. Fully equipped gourmet kitchen, dining table for 5, Smart TV, high speed internet, Saeco espresso machine, ensuite laundry, parking for one car + public paid parking for overflow. The building is newly renovated and the apartment itself is quiet & close to everything. There is a queen bed in the master plus a single/twin fold out bed can be set up to create a small second bedroom (converted from a walk in closet with access through the master bedroom ~ there is a door for privacy but you must walk through the master to get to the rest of the apartment - see photos & floor plan) plus the sofa in the living room can be made up as a single bed and there is a deluxe aerobed queen size air mattress available for overflow in the living area. This is the ideal spot for a couple or a family with a young child. Guest access The entire place is yours for the duration of your stay. Onsite we have a Starbucks, a Longo's Market for groceries plus an LCBO (wine beer & liquor store). Other things to note We do live here in the off season so feel free to use the spices and oils etc. just replace anything you use up please! We have a smart TV so you can stream with your own account plus we have basic cable for network TV. There is also a blue tooth speaker for palying music from your preferred device.
