A stunning property in all seasons that has every comfort your group could need! Kid, reunions, weekend getaways and retreats, Fernwood is ready with games and toys both indoors and out. The kitchen contain everything you need to cook for a crowd. There are many places both inside and out for your full group or smaller groups to gather The space Cook a meal or relax around the fire pit or watch the sunrise from the deck that also feature a propane grill, and many seating options. The 1.5 acre meadow provides room for sports, sunshine, and seating. Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for baking and cooking from scratch for a large group. Stay in and enjoy board games, puzzles, toys and books, and basketball (inside or out). Fernwood is VERY child friendly! The wifi is fast, the pillows and mattresses are comfortable, and there are always snacks and hot cocoa mix in the pantry. 2 tvs have access to Netflix and Paramount and you can sign in to any other service. After the trails or slopes, relax with a bath bomb in the soaking tub. Fernwood has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths - 2 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The bunk room is on its own floor with 7 beds and a lounging area with seating, toys, children's books and a tv. For those traveling with babies and toddlers we're ready for you with kid dishes and sippy cups, and we'll have the crib, high chair, and baby gates set up for your arrival. The living/dining room is huge but still cozy with comfortable seating as well as plenty of floor space. 2 dining tables seat 12 and an additional folding table and chairs seat 6. Guest access The garage and basement will be inaccessible during your stay. Other things to note Fernwood sleeps 18 - 6 twin, 3 full, 3 queens - in 6 bedrooms. The driveway can fit 7 cars with additional parking for up to 6 cars in the adjacent meadow. Please don't bring firewood from elsewhere which could spread tree blights or invasive insects. There is a small woodshed near the fire pit that will have PLENTY of firewood available more chairs for the fire pit, a folding table, vinyl tablecloths, outdoor blankets, cornhole, and marshmallow roasting sticks.
