The kitchen was stocked by a professional chef, always containing pantry essentials for cooking. A small 6th bedroom with full size bed is available upon request for $50/night. The space Cook a meal or relax around the fire pit or watch the sunrise from the deck that also feature a propane grill, and many seating options. The 1.5 acre meadow provides room for sports, sunshine, and seating. Inside you'll find a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for baking and cooking from scratch for a large group. Stay in and enjoy board games, puzzles, toys and books, and basketball (inside or out). Fernwood is VERY child friendly! The wifi is fast, the pillows and mattresses are comfortable, and there are always snacks and hot cocoa mix in the pantry. 2 tvs have access to Netflix and Paramount and you can sign in to any other service. After the trails or slopes, relax with a bath bomb in the soaking tub. Fernwood has 5 bedrooms and 3 full baths - 2 bedrooms have en suite bathrooms. The bunk room is on its own floor with 7 beds and a lounging area with seating, toys, children's books and a tv. For those traveling with babies and toddlers we're ready for you with kid dishes and sippy cups, and we'll have the crib, high chair, and baby gates set up for your arrival. The living/dining room is huge but still cozy with comfortable seating as well as plenty of floor space. 2 dining tables seat 12 and an additional folding table and chairs seat 6. Guest access The garage will be inaccessible during your stay, as will a small bedroom off of the 2nd floor primary bedroom. This small bedroom with full sized bed, typically used by the owners while cleaning, may be added to your stay for $50/night. Other things to note Fernwood sleeps 16 - 6 twin, 2 full, 3 queens - and upon request and a small nightly fee we can open up the 6th small bedroom with a full bed. The driveway can fit 7 cars with additional parking for up to 6 cars in the adjacent meadow. Please don't bring firewood from elsewhere which could spread tree blights or invasive insects. There is a small woodshed near the fire pit that will have PLENTY of firewood available more chairs for the fire pit, a folding table, vinyl tablecloths, outdoor blankets, cornhole, and marshmallow roasting sticks.
