The Annex is close to St Agnes village, an easy walk to good restaurants, great pubs, independent coffee houses, cafes and local shops. Trevaunance Cove, the local beach is about 2km away as are excellent cliff walks and the South West Coastal Path. There is good parking near the beach, again with pub, cafes all in easy reach. The space The Annex provides private accommodation. The "Annex" stands alone from the house and guests have their own key to come and go as they please. The bedroom is about 11 sq m with a linked sitting area of about 8 sq m. Off the sitting room there is a bathroom comprising large walk in shower (big enough to take your wet suit off) toilet and sink. It is furnished to a high standard. There is a smart TV and DVD player. We have a large selection of DVDs which you can borrow. There is WiFi and Ethernet connections. There is a small fridge and kettle. We provide tea coffee and cereals. Our place is good for couples and solo visitors. Guest access The Annex is for your own use. There is off street parking, safe storage for surf boards and or bikes in our garage. You are welcome to share our garden
