From there we will take you to your beach house. Rentals are weekly, or can be rented daily .Payment is accepted by Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Money Order, Cashiers Check, or cash. No personal check will be accepted on the arrival date. The space Right at the heart of downtown of Ocean City, this apartment is just a few steps from the soft sands and warm Atlantic waves of the beach. The Baltimore Terrace offers a clean, affordable and comfortable apartment to families, friends and whoever is looking for an enjoyable stay in Ocean City Start every morning drinking a coffee and breathing in fresh ocean air on the balcony. Inside the apartment there is a common area with a pullout sofa, flat screen TV, chairs, coffee table, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen. Delicious meals await at nearby restaurants, but for those who'd prefer to do their own cooking, the kitchen has everything you need to whip up something tasty. The apartment is equipped with up to date air conditioning ensuring that our costumers are cool and comfortable. Guests can use the whole apartment and one free parking space. This apartment sleeps up to six guests and is ideal for a family or friends visiting the Atlantic shore together. The apartments do not come with towels and bed linens. You can either bring your's from home or rent them from management for a small fee. There is a security deposit required for guests staying with us that are under the age of 30, the money will be fully refunded if there are no damages to the property. PETS ARE WELCOME! Us the owners must be notified prior to the arrival if you are bringing a furry friend because charges are applicable ($30) per pet per night for pets under 50lbs and over 50 lbs we do charge $35.00 per pet per night. Head south half mile, to the top of the historic Ocean City Boardwalk for seaside fun and excitement. Or take the entire family to the Jolly Roger Amusement Park and Splash Mountain Water Park for a day of rides, treats, and midway-style entertainment, just one mile away.
