Walk out decks. Unique circular staircase leads to the second floor as well as lower level. Washer and Dryer are available on this floor. (1) guess suite with full bath and balcony access, (1) bedroom off the kitchen, and (1) sleeping room across from the office with a divider door that can be used for privacy. The bedroom and sleeping room do not have their own private bathrooms. Second Floor: (3) large bedrooms with full bathrooms and closets. Master suite featuring stunning full bathroom with private shower and jacuzzi and walk in closets. Hallway overlooks foyer and living room. This home is a nature lover’s paradise and is also equidistant to both Reagan and Dulles International Airports, 15 minutes to Georgetown and less than 15 miles from world renowned museums, theaters, and shopping in the Nation’s capital. 3-car garage is available as well as the driveway that fits 4-5 cars comfortably, Guest access Guests have access to the entire house with the exception of the Steam Room and Utility Room. Other things to note Property ideal for corporate gatherings and business travel. Touch screen Monitor is available to use with a laptop connection for presentations. The property has a very close proximity to all of the downtown offices and businesses in Washington DC and surrounding areas. Smart HD TVs on each floor. Sonos sound system available and Apple TV and Blueray Player available in the theater. Other things to note No pets please and no smoking allowed. Fines and/or clean up fees will apply. No parties and social functions without owner authorization. All fireplaces are in working order except the fireplace in the master bedroom. Please consult with our property manager to learn how to use them as these are older systems. Update 1/21/25: New double oven installed in the lower level kitchen New master bedroom shower system installed Not all appliances are available to guests. The mini fridges in the master bedroom and library are intentionally not turned on. There are 2 extra refigerators/freezers available in the garage for use. Our property manager will walk through this with you upon your arrival or contact us directly for further details. We encourage guests to do this walk through with our property manger in order to understand where everything is and the nuances of the house which is older. Our house is always prepped and professionally cleaned for the arrival of next guests. The cleaning cost is a pass-through cost. For your safety, outdoor cameras are installed at the front door, front of house, above garage, back door, and stairs leading down the river. There are no indoor cameras. The outdoor steps leading to the river are truly one of a kind in the area. We are currently in the process of reconditioning these steps but no further action will occur until the spring, so we do not recommend using these steps during the late Fall and Winter months. Consult our property manger for more details. There are times guests may experience a booking during a maintenance cycle which is out of our control. We do our best to make sure everything is in working order, but please understand there are some circumstances that are normal wear and tear and out of our control. We suggest to keep in constant contact with our property manager to make your experience the best it can be.
