Quiet, peaceful, relaxing. A house on the edge of the Roztocze National Park forest, where time passes more slowly. The house is prepared for a comfortable stay of 12 people. But if necessary, we can accommodate 20 adults and 5 children under the age of 3. The property is air-conditioned, has 6 rooms with bathrooms, a spacious living room with a fireplace. You can park your car in a large parking lot. In the garden you will find a place for a bonfire, a playground, a mega sun lounger, a sunny terrace, a hot tub, a sauna, a heated indoor pool and a terrace with a barbecue. The space When you come to us, you have to bring a good mood, friends or family. Additional things to keep in mind are: food, cosmetics, bathrobe, slippers. Everything else is in place. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with a fireplace and a seating area, a bookcase with books and games. A fully equipped kitchen with: a dishwasher, an induction hob, an oven, a microwave, a freezer, a fridge (an additional fridge with an ice maker is in the garage) and a professional pressure coffee machine. There is also a large table in the living room. On the ground floor you will also find a children's corner, a wardrobe with a washer-dryer, an iron, a container with useful things. There are 6 rooms waiting for you in our house, each air-conditioned, with acoustic doors and walls. The whole house is fully automated, we are always available to help remotely :). Each room has a bathroom (with a walk-in shower, toilet, mirror and hairdryer), two comfortable beds that can be separated and combined, some rooms have an extra bed. A wardrobe, a table, a chair, this cannot be missing in the rooms. The area is fenced and monitored, you can feel safe. Large parking lot for 8 cars, garage where you can store bicycles. On the large terrace you will find a garden lounge set, tables, a gas grill and a heated indoor year-round swimming pool with dimensions of 8x5x1.4m. Further in the garden there is a sunny terrace with sun loungers, a mega sun lounger for 8 people, a hot tub, a sauna, a fire pit and a great playground. Please to read and comply with these Regulations of the facility, which are intended to ensure you a comfortable and safe stay. 1. The Regulations define the rules for the provision of services by the facility, liability and stay on the premises of the facility and is an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by: filling in the registration card by the Guest, as well as by making a reservation or paying an advance, deposit, part or all of the amount due for the stay or use of services in the facility. By making the above-mentioned activities, the Guest confirms that he/she has read and accepts the terms and conditions of the facility's Regulations on behalf of of himself and the accompanying persons with whom he is staying in the facility. 2. The Terms and Conditions of the facility apply to all Guests staying on the premises. 3. The Price List is an integral part of the Regulations. 4. The facility's Regulations are generally available to Guests - they are available for inspection at the facility 5. The Guest is obliged to comply with the Regulations of the facility. 6. The facility is open year-round, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. 7. The owners or employees of the facility are the guardians, advisors and providers of all information related to the stay of the facility or employees. 9. The facility is obliged to provide: a) Appropriate conditions for the full and unrestricted rest of the Guest b) A comfortable stay, including the security of keeping the Guest's information confidential, unless authorized state authorities request access to the data of persons residing in the facility c) Professional and courteous service in the scope of all services provided in the facility d) Cleaning the room and performing the necessary repair of the equipment during the Guest's absence, and in his presence only if he agrees or requests e) Technically efficient service, in the event of faults that will not quickly removed, the facility will make every effort to change the occupied room if possible or otherwise mitigate the inconvenience 11. deleted 12. The facility is rented for hotel nights. 13. The Guest should report the wish to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival the facility manager by 7:00 p.m. on the day before the end of the stay. 16. The facility will consider the request to extend the stay as long as the dates are available and possibilities. 17. The facility reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay in the event of full payment for the current period of stay has not been made in advance and in the event of non-compliance with the facility's Regulations. 18. Registration of an additional person or failure to report them despite their stay, will result in the Guest incurring additional costs for this person, in accordance with the applicable price list of services. The maximum number of guests allowed in the property is 17 adults or children over 5 years of age and an additional 5 children up to 4 years of age who can sleep in cots. 20. The Guest may not transfer the facility to other persons, even if the period for which he/she has paid the due fee for the stay. 21. The facility may refuse to accept a Guest who, during the previous stay, did not pay the fees due, grossly violated the Regulations by causing damage to property or other guests or personal injury to other guests, employees of the facility or other persons staying in the facility or disrupted the stay of other guests or the operation of the facility. The Guest will be informed about the future implementation of the facility's right the right of the facility to refuse to provide accommodation services, the Guest will be informed by the facility staff. 22. The Guest should notify the facility supervisor of the occurrence of any damage immediately after its discovery. The facility reserves the right to charge the Guest's payment card or to collect the amount from the deposit paid for the damage caused, after their departure. 25. The facility is not liable for damage or loss of a car or other vehicle belonging to the Guest left on the premises and the items contained therein, regardless regard to where it was left and regardless of whether the facility charges a fee for it. Parking on the premises is unguarded and unattended, although it can be monitored by by a camera. Leaving a car or other vehicle on the premises by the Guest is treated as a rental of a parking space. 26. The facility reserves the right to collect a cash deposit in the amount of the amount due for the entire stay. The prepayment can be collected by the facility in cash, by pre-authorization from the card indicated by the person making the reservation, or by bank transfer to the bank account indicated by the facility. In the event of refusal to make the above-mentioned payment, the facility has the right to refuse the reservation. 27. Early departure of the Guest for reasons beyond the control of the facility (illness of the Guest or accompanying persons staying in the facility, illness of a family member staying in a place other than the facility, other random accidents concerning the Guest forcing him to leave the facility earlier), does not entitle the Guest to receive a refund for unused services. 28. The Guest bears full financial responsibility for all goods and services used during the stay. In the event that the Guest does not report the fact of using the goods or services departure, the facility reserves the right to charge the payment card or the deposit collected by the Guest as a guarantee of booking/payment for the stay. 29. The Guest is not allowed to make any changes to the facility, room and its equipment, except a slight rearrangement of furniture and equipment, without affecting their functionality and safety of use. It is forbidden to take furniture and equipment outside the rooms and the building. 30. Dangerous items may not be stored in the facility and rooms, in particular weapons, ammunition, flammable materials, illumination materials, etc. 31. For fire safety reasons, it is forbidden to use open fire, e.g. candles and electrical or heating devices that are not part of the room's equipment e.g. heaters, irons, electric kettles, air humidifiers, portable heaters. This does not apply to chargers and power supplies for audio and video devices, mobile phones, portable computers (laptops, tablets). 32. It is forbidden to conduct acquisition and door-to-door sales on the premises. 33. It is forbidden to make excessive noise on the premises, cause unpleasant odors, or performing other activities that disturb, harm or irritate other guests. 34. The facility is subject to a quiet night from 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. the next day. Failure to comply with the quiet hours may result in a fine according to the facility's price list. 35. The behavior of the Guest and persons using the services of the facility should not disturb the peaceful stay of other guests, neighbors of the facility and the functioning of the facility. The facility may refuse to continue providing accommodation services to a person who violates this principle, in particular if he or she is quarrelsome, shows verbal or physical aggression, is under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs, or otherwise violates the Regulations, and the owner may cause that person to be removed from the premises of the facility, without the right to reimbursement of costs resulting from the shortening of the stay in the facility. The guest violating this rule should be warned about the possible consequences of further behavior contrary to the Regulations. The same applies to the behavior of the Guest, which violates generally accepted principles of social coexistence. 36. The public areas of the facility are monitored using cameras to ensure the safety of people and property in the monitored area. 37. In the event of the need for intervention of the facility representative in relation to the Guest disturbing the functioning of the facility, the intervention may be recorded in the form of an audio or video recording, in order to protect the personal and material goods of both the facility and the intervening representative of the facility. The recording of the intervention will, if necessary, serve as evidence of evidence to demonstrate the actual state of affairs. 38. Smoking tobacco products and e-cigarettes is strictly prohibited in the facility, including in rooms, corridors, staircases, hall, except for places intended for this purpose: i.e. a designated place outside the building. If the facility staff determines that the Guest has violated the ban of smoking tobacco products in the building, the facility may charge a fine for each violation of the above-mentioned prohibition according to the price list, regardless of the Guest's burden with the costs of bringing the room to its previous state (refreshment) - airing, dry cleaning of bed linen, curtains and curtains, carpets, rugs, etc. In the event of a fire alarm being triggered as a result of smoke the Guest will be charged a fine according to the price list. 39. Each time the Guest leaves the room/facility, they should turn off the TV, turn off the light, close the water supply taps, close the windows, exits to the terrace and the entrance door. The Guest shall be financially and legally liable for any damage, destruction, contamination and lack of equipment in the facility and in any other place on the premises of the facility, arising from their fault or the fault of persons accompanying or visiting them, or through the fault of the children under their care. Repair of damage caused to the facility by the Guest takes place by paying a fine (contractual penalty), subject to point 41. Facility price list - the price list of fines is attached to the Regulations. 41. If the fine charged to the Guest does not cover the damage suffered by the facility for which the Guest is responsible, or when in a given situation/event causing damage, a financial penalty does not the Facility has the right to charge the Guest with compensation up to the amount of the damage caused. 42. The facility does not allow animals to stay in the facility. The exception is the written consent of the facility before check-in, for arrival with pets. The owner or guardian of the animal with whom he/she is staying at the Hotel is obliged to keep it on a leash and remove any waste left by the animal. 43. The Guest using the Relaxation Zone (Sauna, Balia bath) should move in rubber (non-slip) and proper clothing, in compliance with safety rules, under under the pain of no liability of the facility for any damage related to bodily injury or health disorder. Guests using the sauna, hot tub are fully responsible for their safety in the event of non-compliance with the regulations regarding the functioning of these zones or recommendations of the staff or the use of derogations from the adopted rules "at their own request". 44. A guest who is intoxicated or in a state after consuming alcohol or a substance similar to alcohol or an intoxicant, may not use the Relaxation Zone (sauna and hot tub), bath), as well as sports and recreational infrastructure, under pain of no liability of the facility for any events involving such a person. 45. It is forbidden to fly drones and other similar unmanned, remotely controlled models and flying devices in open airspace (above the premises of the facility) and in enclosed airspaces spaces to release drones and other similar unmanned, remotely controlled models and flying devices, without the consent of the Hotel. 46. It is forbidden to enter the inaccessible area, not intended for the Guest, in particular the back-up area, the technical or economic zone, the construction site, the area of failure removal, etc. 47. The Facility shall not be liable for the behavior and damage caused by the Guest, in relation to other guests, persons and entities staying on the premises. 48. The facility is not responsible for the behavior and damage caused by its employee or other person to whom the facility has entrusted the performance of services on its behalf, when their behavior or damage caused is not related to the performance of their work or entrusted services, in particular when they did not occur during the performance of their duties but during their stay on the premises before or after the performance of work/services, for accommodation, leisure, recreational, private, business, etc. 49. Personal items left by the departing Guest in the facility will be sent back at his/her expense to the address indicated by the Guest. In the absence of such an instruction, the facility will store these items for 1 month (food and personal hygiene products will be stored for 24 hours), and after this period they will become the property of the facility or will be disposed of/destroyed or donated to charity or for public use. 50. The Guest agrees to the processing of his/her personal data by the facility for the purposes of of registration and other needs necessary for the Guest's stay in the facility, and for marketing purposes and to place the Guest's data in the facility's database, and also agrees to receive commercial information regarding the current offers of the facility, in accordance with the regulations on the protection of personal data. 51. In the event of cancellation of the reservation by the Guest, the Guest's failure to appear after the indicated date of accommodation or failure to pay the entire amount of the rent no later than 7 days before the accommodation, the deposit is not refundable or usable at another time. Unless there have been other written arrangements between the Guest and the facility. The Guest has the right to inspect their personal data and to correct and delete it. Cleaning and disinfection of the hot tub – 1000 PLN Note: If the fine charged to the Guest does not cover the damage suffered by the facility for which the Guest is responsible, or when in a given situation/event causing damage, the fine does not occurs, the facility has the right to charge the Guest with compensation up to the amount of damage caused. OUTDOOR SWIMMING POOL REGULATIONS 1. The swimming pool (hereinafter referred to as the "Pool") is a facility that can be used by guests (hereinafter referred to as "Guests") registered at the "Przystanek Guciów" facility in Guciowo (22-470 Zwierzyniec), under building number 4 (hereinafter referred to as the "Center"). 2. Persons other than those mentioned in point 1 of these regulations use the Pool at their own risk as unauthorized persons. 3. The pool is open 24 hours a day. 4. The Resort may close the Pool due to bad weather conditions. 5. Guests use the Pool free of charge. 6. Children up to 7 years of age may only stay in the vicinity of the Pool and/or use the Pool under adult supervision. As "the area around the Pool" within the meaning of these regulations, is considered to be the tiled area around the Pool. 7. Persons using the Pool are prohibited from: a) entering the Pool area in footwear other than that intended for use in the Pool area, b) jumping into the Pool from the shore or another place, c) leaving the pool uncovered for more than 60 minutes after the end of the bath. d) diving with equipment, e) sitting and leaning on the edge of the Pool, f) destroying the Pool's devices and equipment, littering and dirtying the Pool and the area around the Pool, g) entering the Pool against the prohibition of the Resort or during the shutdown of the Pool from use by Guests, h) using the Pool during strong winds, storms. i) bringing animals into the Pool area and/or bringing animals into the Pool, j) bringing and/or consuming alcohol/alcoholic beverages in the Pool and on the premises of the Pool, k) eating and drinking in the Pool, l) bringing glass, glassware, sharp objects and other hazardous items, m) behaving in an indecent manner and/or in a manner contrary to the principles of social and/or in a way that hinders the use of the Pool by other Guests, n) listening to very loud music, especially during the night silence o) use 230V devices in the pool area or in the pool p) using the Pool in a manner inconsistent with the provisions of these regulations. 8. It is forbidden to enter the Pool and the are drunk or under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants to the Pool and the Pool area. 9. Only people wearing swimwear and/or swimsuits, infants and younger children must use a pool diaper. 10. Entering the Pool is possible only after using the shower, which is located before entering the Pool, at the sauna or in the rooms. 11. After each use of the pool, the pool should be tightly covered with a special foil so that the black stripes are immersed in water. 12. People using the Pool are obliged to comply with the instructions of the Resort's staff and strictly obey their orders. 13. The Pool can only be used by people who can swim, and people who cannot swim can use the Pool only under the care of people who can swim. 14. The Facility is liable to Guests on the general principles set out in the Civil Code for damages caused by technical reasons related to the Pool and for damages caused by the operation of the Facility. 15. Persons violating public order, the provisions of these regulations, committing an offense and/or a crime, may be forcibly removed from the Pool area by the Facility's staff. 16. Persons destroying or damaging the equipment and devices of the Pool shall be liable for damages caused on the general principles set out in the Civil Code. 17. All complaints, comments and requests regarding the operation of the Pool should be reported to the staff of the Facility. HOT TUB REGULATIONS 18. The Hot Tub (hereinafter referred to as the "Tub") is a facility that can only be used by guests (hereinafter referred to as "Guests") registered at the "Przystanek Guciów" facility in Guciowo (22-470 Zwierzyniec), under building number 4 (hereinafter referred to as the "Center"). 19. Persons other than those mentioned in point 1 of these regulations use the Pool at their own risk as unauthorized persons. 20. The Hot Tub is open 24 hours a day. 21. The resort may close the Pool due to bad weather conditions. 22. Guests use the Bath for free. 23. Children up to 7 years of age may stay in the vicinity of the Hot Tub and/or use the Hot Tub only under the care of adults. For the purposes of these regulations, the "area around the Hot Tub" is considered to be the area around the Bath lined with a terrace board. 24. It is forbidden to enter the Baths while intoxicated or under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants to the Bath and the area of the Bath. 26. Only people wearing swimwear and/or swimsuits, infants and younger children must use a pool diaper. 27. Entering the Hot Tub is possible only after using the shower, which is located in front of the entrance to the Pool, by the sauna or in the rooms. 28. Persons using the Hot Tub are obliged to comply with the instructions of the Resort's staff and strictly obey their orders. 30. The Center is liable to Guests on the general principles set out in the Civil Code for damages caused by technical reasons related to the Pool and for damages caused by the operation of the Facility. 31. Persons violating public order, the provisions of these regulations, committing an offense and/or a crime, may be forcibly removed from the Pool area by the Facility's staff. 32. Persons destroying or damaging the equipment and devices of the Pool are liable for damages caused on the general principles set out in the Civil Code. 33. All complaints, comments and requests regarding the operation of the Pool should be reported to the staff of the Facility. REGULATIONS FOR THE USE OF THE GARDEN DRY SAUNA 1. The dry sauna is an integral part of the "Przystanek Guciów" facility and the provisions of the General Regulations of the Facility and these Regulations. 2. A cotton costume is required in the sauna, and being in it in a non-cotton outfit may cause its destruction. 3. The dry sauna is open 24 hours a day. 4. Before entering the dry sauna, wash your body thoroughly and wipe dry. 5. In the dry sauna, use a "gray" towel to avoid direct contact of the body with wooden surfaces and leave pool shoes in front of the sauna door. 6. A maximum of 6 people can stay in the sauna at the same time. 7. Do not apply any creams to your body or face while in the sauna. 8. In the dry sauna it is forbidden to: Bringing in and using mobile phones and any devices used to record images or sound, Touching and manipulating electrical and heating devices, Climb on the structural elements of the sauna not intended for this purpose, Destroy and damage equipment, Behave in a manner that is indecent or socially offensive, Using the sauna while wearing earrings, jewelry, chains, watches, glasses and contact lenses. 9. The dry sauna cannot be used by persons: Suffering from any skin ailment and other diseases in accordance with the doctor's contraindications (e.g. cold, flu, fever, mycosis, skin diseases, acute phase of rosacea, hypertension, varicose veins, ulcers, renal kidney failure, lung disease, asthma, venereal diseases, epilepsy, glaucoma, color blindness, heart disease, acute and chronic diseases, thyroid, cancer, tumors, infectious foci) Pregnant women, Children under 16 without a guardian. 10.
