Peace, quiet, relax. House on the edge of the forest Roztoczański National Park, where time flows slower.. The house is prepared for a comfortable stay of 12 people. But if you need it, we can accommodate 20 adults and 5 children under 3. The property is air conditioned, has 6 rooms with bathrooms, spacious living room with fireplace. You park your car in a large parking lot. In the garden you will find a fire pit, a playground, a mega deck, a sunny terrace, a hot bath, a sauna, a heated indoor pool and a terrace with a barbecue. The space When you come to our place, you need to bring good humor, friends, or family. From the additional things to keep in mind: food, cosmetics, bathrobe, flip flops. All other items are in place. On the ground floor you will find a large living room with a fireplace and a seating set, a bookshelf with books and games. Fully equipped kitchen with: dishwasher, induction hob, oven, microwave, freezer, fridge (extra fridge with ice maker is in the garage) and professional pressure coffee maker. There is also a large table in the living room. On the ground floor you will also find a children's corner, a closet with a washer-dryer, an iron, a container with useful things. There are 6 rooms waiting for you with our house, each air-conditioned, with acoustic doors and walls. The whole house is fully automated, we are always help remotely :). Each room has a bathroom (with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a mirror, and a hair dryer), two comfortable beds that can be separated and connected, some rooms have an extra bed. A closet, a table, a chair, and that can't be missing in the rooms. The area is fenced and monitored, you can feel safe. Large parking lot for 8 cars, garage where you can hide bikes. On the large terrace you will find a garden lounge set, tables, a gas grill and a heated indoor year-round pool and dimensions 8x5x1,4m. In the further part of the garden there is a sunny terrace with sun loungers, a mega sun lounger for 8 people, a hot bane, a sauna, a fire pit and a great playground. Please o read and abide by these Property Rules, which is to be provided You have a comfortable and safe stay. 1. The Rules set out the rules for the provision of services by the property, liability, and stay on the the premises and is an integral part of the contract, which is concluded by: filling through the Guest's check-in card, as well as by making a reservation or paying an advance payment, the deposit, part or all of the payment for the stay or use of the services at the property. By the above activities, the Guest confirms that they have read and agree to the terms and conditions of the Property Rules on behalf of his own and accompanying people with whom he is staying at the property. 2. The guest should report the request to extend the stay beyond the period indicated on the day of arrival the property's caretaker by 7pm on the eve of your stay. 16. The property will accommodate the request to extend your stay as long as the dates and existing dates are available possibilities. 17. The Property reserves the right to refuse to extend the Guest's stay, if not make a full payment in advance for the current period of stay and in the case of non-compliance with the Property Rules. 18. OUTDOOR POOL RULES 1. The pool (hereinafter referred to as the “Pool”) is a facility that can only be used by guests (hereinafter referred to as "Guests") checked into the "Guci Stop" facility in Guciów (22- 470 Zwierzyniec), under building number 4 (hereinafter referred to as the Center"). 2. People other than those mentioned in paragraph 1 of these Regulations use the Pool for their own risk as unauthorized. 3. The pool is open daily 24/7. 4. Access to the Pool is only possible with the use of the shower which is in front of the entrance to the Pool, by the sauna or in the rooms. 11. Access to Bani is only possible with prior use of the shower which is located in front of the entrance to the Pool, by the sauna or in the rooms. 28. Dry sauna is an integral part of the "Guci Stop" facility and is governed by the provisions of the General Regulations The property and these Terms and Conditions. 2.
