Bright & breezy 3 bedroom home situated in the heart of Grand Anse, featuring a panoramic view of the gorgeous Grand Anse beach. This central location offers easy access to nearby restaurants, beach bars, super markets and sits just off Grenada’s only Golf Course. Take in the stunning views from underneath the garden pergola or in the pool, not to mention one of the best views Grenada has to offer. The space Nestled at the top of the neighbourhood, with ample privacy, this property is truly one of a kind. Featuring an open plan style kitchen, lounge and dining area; views of the ocean flow consistently through the home. Enjoy meals outside under the pergola, at the kitchen bar or dining table. The outdoors is the property’s most prized location, featuring a spacious veranda flowing onto a gorgeously paved and fenced barbecue space and lengthily pool, sided with an outdoor nature shower. The house boasts multiple seating areas, allowing for maximum space and relaxation. Each room is bright and breezy, has their own A/C unit and lovely cupboard space. The Main Bedroom, with king bed, TV, cupboard and dressers, includes an en-suite bathroom with walk in shower. The second bathroom with a toilet & shower is shared between the other two rooms, each with queen beds. Enjoy sunset in the hammock or doing yoga on the perfect deck. The BBQ is a coal fired webber, we do not provide coal or lighters- this can easily be bought at any local grocer. A washing machine and clothes line is situated on the back patio for your convenience. KINDLY NOTE: We do not accommodate events, large gatherings or any additional guests/ visitors at any time. The maximum capacity is 6 persons at one time. The location of the property is at the top of a hill, to get here you’ll need a rental car as walking to and from the property isn’t recommended. There is loads of parking on the property (up to 4 cars) with a lockable automatic gate. The neighbourhood is great for running/ walking around the Golf Course. The pool is not fenced off from adventurous young children, not suitable for young children. The pool's shallow end faces toward the garden with the deeper end facing toward the ocean. We offer a welcome package of toilet paper, dish soap, laundry detergent, body wash and shampoo. On occasion, amplified music can be heard from surrounding bars, party boats on the ocean, or beach front/ passing by cars as a simple feature of the Caribbean. This often does not go on late into the evening, but a warning in advance. Please ensure you read the guest guidebook on the kitchen counter regarding house functions, house rules etc. A list of recommendations regarding restaurants, grocery stores, places to see etc are found in this site under guidebooks, as well as a hard copy at the property. Guest access Easy to access property in a family neighborhood. Secure parking available on the premises for up to 4 cars. You will enter through a black gate with a code on first access, thereafter a control for the gate which will be found in the house. The code to the gate will be sent out 48hrs prior to check- in. The key will be found in the lockbox on the front door, the first door to your right as you enter up the stairs on the front of the property. One key is used for both locks on the front door. All other doors are locked from the inside. The lock box code will be sent out 48hr prior to check- in.
