The space THE INTERIOR The villa offers spacious, bright living areas, fully furnished and tastefully decorated. On the ground level, you will find: ● a fully equipped kitchen ● a large and very bright living and dining area opening onto the terrace and the garden ● a guest restroom On the first floor, you will find: ● the master suite with a private shower room ● one bedroom with a double bed ● three children’s bedrooms, each equipped with a standard single bed (one of which is a bunk bed) ● a fully equipped nursery with a wooden baby crib and a changing table ● a bathroom with a bathtub and a toilet On the second floor, you will find: ● a relaxation and entertainment area featuring: - a large flat-screen TV - a sofa bed that converts into a comfortable double bed - a foosball table - a dartboard For your comfort, all bedrooms as well as the relaxation area are equipped with air conditioning. THE OUTDOOR AREAS Our villa offers stunning panoramic views of the surrounding nature. The south-facing terrace provides unobstructed views of the Semnoz mountain, with complete privacy and no overlooking neighbors.
